If your recipe is okay then I think the problem is from molding and frying. I'll make another elaborate video on that. I hope that helps.

Wow This is nice, you fry with low or high heat, and u didn't add yearst to it.
I do fry with medium high heat and regulate at intervals. You can decide to add yeast or not, the product will still be nice.

It's not necessary when you can easily control your heat source. You can only bring it down if the oil has overheated, then you let it cool off a bit before you continue frying.
