I would need your valuable information regarding the code 4122 do you know the salary requirements for this position is it 38700 or 30960
Its a sad state of affairs when ,no one party can have glory with its manifesto but hardly surprising given the multicultural diversity of the country ,I think Reform offers a more poignant approach given that they are more for Britain and British values , an if your lucky to live in this country you should really want it to prosper for your own future generations to inherit ,the trouble with labour is every time they have got into power they have screwed it up or worst cost jobs across the board ,they just don,t know how to sell Britain on the world stage as a power house of manufacturing which is why the GDP plummets when they are in power , the conservatives is made up of people that live the high life and are totally out of touch with the common man so to speak and lets be honest have shown themselves to be a pretty untrustworthy bunch ,promising one thing and doing another election after election so I,m not expecting any change there ,the Liberal dems have tarred themselves as being far left aligning green policy gender freedoms and flower power politics which in the real world will just get us stomped on by the more aggressive countries in markets around the world , so for me it has to be Reform in the hope that our flag can once again count for all its citizens as a proud to be British beacon on the world stage .
I am also thinking to Vote for Reform, its like we have tried Labour and Conservatives and we all know where we stand. Phoned today to register myself for the NHS dentist and I have been inform 1 year wait time. Shocking...Last dentist went private and not accepting NHS patients.
@@UKknowledgeGuru I live on the Isle of wight and there is not one nhs dentist on the island which has a population of some 500 k residents ,we only have 1 hospital , all operations for anything has to be done on the mainland ,which is invariably expensive just for ferry and hotel costs alone , food and rents are 20% higher than on the mainland ,with a 5 to 7 year waiting list for council housing ,single people without children have no chance , on top of that we have been told 20 migrant family's must be housed here presently in hotels whilst we have one of the highest homeless figures pro rater compared to major UK cities , we currently have and have had a conservative for the last 20 years ,they are useless .
Sir I'm on spouse settlement visa so i want to do some school job. Kindly help me how i can get higher level teaching assistant job. I'm masters in economics from Pakistan.
That's great that you're looking for a teaching assistant job! Your Master's in Economics can be a valuable asset for higher-level positions. Consider taking relevant training or certifications in teaching or special educational needs (SEN) to enhance your qualifications. You just need something on your cv related to teaching, so just add that and your career will be sorted.

Thank you for this fresh update … if my kid is 18+ when we are in ILR is he allowed to stay in UK with us !! And how do I reach out to use over ph and email. Kindly reply both my queries . I regret not finding your channel much before but it is better late than never !! 🙏
Yes, your child (18+ years old) can likely stay in the UK with you even if they become an adult while you hold Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR). Here's why: ILR Offers Family Rights: ILR grants you permanent residence in the UK. This extends certain rights to your dependent children, even if they turn 18 while you hold ILR. However, there might be a few conditions: Dependence: Your child must have been financially dependent on you before turning 18. Continuous Residence: They must have resided in the UK continuously with you while you held valid immigration status. You can contact me via email at [email protected] since I provide Free guidance, I get far too many emails but I reply every email
Dont be such a damn fool we will vote the way we want to vote taking in all we know and love that has nothing to do with anyone else. Then the best man wins. We need change to proportional representative rather than first past the post. We also need more referendums to stop and realign MPs for the people and not there own ideas. We also need to stop machine behind parliament that seems to be dictating the way we are going.
And who u thinking to vote ? Who is the best man u think can fix this all ?

Sir i am indian passport holder and go to Canada on valid study visa My layover in London is 3 hours same terminal not go through border security do I need transit visa?
As an Indian passport holder with a valid Canadian study visa and a 3-hour layover in London at the same terminal, you're most likely eligible for Direct Airside Transit (DATV). As per website its terms are : You're staying within the secure airside area of the airport and not going through UK border control. You have a valid onward ticket to your final destination (Canada in your case). Your layover doesn't exceed 24 hours.

I've been an ICT teacher in Sri Lanka for 10 years. I hope to come to the UK next September for a master of research management. I don't want to fulfil IELTS because I have met the level 7 requirements for that master. But I hope to become a teacher by completing QTS after coming to the UK. My problem is, will IELTS be wanted in the path where I want to be a teacher in the UK?
Yes, even though you don't need IELTS for your Master's program, obtaining IELTS with a minimum score of 6.5 (with no subscore below 6.0) is still required to qualify for Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.

Hi , I would like to ask regarding the foster parent. If I become a foster parent am I able to apply for a spouse visa? I know it’s a different topic but I wanna confirm this ? And also is the payments are tax free for foster parents? Thank you
Yes, you can still apply for a spouse visa while being a foster parent. There's no restriction on fostering affecting your spouse visa eligibility. However, the main focus of the spouse visa application is your relationship with your spouse who already has settled status in the UK. Being a foster parent might be seen positively as demonstrating your caring nature and ability to handle responsibility, but it's not the primary factor. Yes, foster parent allowances are tax-free! The UK government offers tax relief for foster carers. This means you don't pay income tax on: The first £18,140 of your total fostering income per tax year. An additional weekly amount for each child you foster. www.gov.uk/support-for-foster-parents/tax-arrangements

I gave my biometric on 21 June, in how many days I'll get my decision as applied for UK Student Visa
Based on the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) website, the standard processing time for student visas outside the UK is currently around 3 weeks. This means you could potentially receive a decision by around July 12th, 2024.

Historically, the GMC (General Medical Council) releases seats for the February PLAB 1 exam of the following year around mid-March of the current year. So, based on this trend, you can expect the seats for the February 2025 PLAB 1 exam to be released around mid-March 2024.
If the COS is 5 years, can I choose to pay 3 years visa and IHS, then I will just renew once inside UK, is this allowed? thanks.
Yes, you can potentially choose to pay for a shorter visa period than the validity of your Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) in the UK. But suggestion is don't do that as its more hassle practically. Thanks again for your time and valuable advice on me. In my passport I have only been to two countries in Asia (India and Nepal) Does it affect negatively for my application?
No, It don't impact on the decision. Imagine, if they start considering this as negative then no tourist will ever get the Visa. As long as your documents are all genuine and you have intention to leave UK after holidays, it should be fine.

Hi, thank you for the informative videos. Could you please guide on how to add a note to the cos and update the authorities regarding "confirming maitainence funds to the immigrant family" after assigining the Cos.
Unfortunately, the UK Sponsor Management System (SMS) currently doesn't have a built-in feature to directly add notes to the Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) regarding the maintenance funds after assigning COS (As per my knowledge). You can prepare a cover letter attached to the COS electronically or sent via traditional mail. This letter can explicitly state that you have provided evidence of sufficient maintenance funds for the migrant family in the uploaded documents.

You don't necessarily need a TOEFL exam to be admitted to a Civil Engineering Masters program in the UK. Many universities accept other English language proficiency tests like IELTS. Here are some universities that offer Civil Engineering Masters programs without a TOEFL requirement, but do require an IELTS test and try University of Birmingham: This university's Civil Engineering MSc program is designed for civil engineering graduates and those with related degrees. They accept a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 overall, with no less than 5.5 in any sub-skill.www.birmingham.ac.uk/schools/engineering/civil-engineering
