  I wish Dr had considered tethered cord or occult TC by which Filum terminale can be fatty/tight or thick.. there are thousands of cases where thick filum can pull the brain down leading to chiari. CCI or AAI could be a major factor leading to Chiari or BI but if there is traction and pull from the bottom up, not sure why the medical community is not accepting and actioning it.. Other countries are much more advanced in appreciating and operating surgically to liberate spinal traction and AAI.. Decompression is outdated but we as a patient community looking at more insights on Filum terminale, Cona and spine liberation starting from coccyx all the way up ..

  Hi, thanks for the video. I have a question. 9 Years ago I had a craniopharyngioma removed, 97% of it. Now it's growing back. It's 8mm x 6mm attached to the chiasm optic (left). my neurosurgeon said it's inoperable. He wants me to do radiation. What do you suggest?

  Have you had a patient that have 7th nerve facial palsy I’m looking for a cure after surgery I’m left with pain and numbness in the right side of my face I’m medicated without it I’m in chronic pain

  Dear Dr's. I have a 7mm cavernous sinus and have had pain in the right face , eye and side of face and my right eye will swell like the 3 pictures of your patients. I was told I would have surgery to get a diagnosis tho it appeared to be a meningioma. I have double vision and the one eyelid and eyeball will swell shut or push out. I have a rare spinal condition called Klippel-Feil Syndrome with os odontoid (had to have multiple surgeries for stability) and function well on 2, 15mg of ms contin. I would prefer no surgery!!!! Do you recommend surgery for the pain (utilize medication for migraine/ cluster headaches which usually works) the tumor is sitting on the optic nerve but I'm not blind: I do have double vision and need to close my right eye to read or type. I have had radiation with no result. What do you think? Living near Seattle area
