I cried with you in grief for the lost loved ones. I've had amazing and wonderful kitties and other animals over the years. The last step in grief is a renewed desire to make new connections. Take your time and allow yourself to be sad. Then when you're ready, find a new special kitty to warm your heart.

I am deeply sorry for your loss...for I know exactly how you feel and what your going through. Just 2 days before you lost Willow I lost my little Emma, a little Italian Greyhound that gave me 19 yrs and 10 days of her unwavering love and companionship - their whole existance is around you and their absence is unbearable! My heartfelt condolence - take care!

Don't ever apologize for your love or your grief over losing a pet. Pets are our family who love us unconditionally and demonstrate a level of emotional and physical intelligence that show that they know how much you love and care for them. As a cat dad of five and having lost cats before, I understand how you feel like you'd remortgage your home just to save your furballs (Haha), but as you said, Willow is no longer in pain and she left this world feeling every ounce of your love for her ❤.

I am so sorry to hear that you lost your fuzzy friend Willow. She was such a beauty! I lost one of my fuzzy friends Tinsel in December, a little teacup Persian with a snaggletooth. He was my best friend, I regret not letting him go sooner. Looking back I think he suffered at the end. I think you made the right choice. Our animal pals are sometimes even better than our human relations. I think it's because they don't have the ego attachments and their love is beyond pure.

So sorry for your loss, it’s clear she received a lot of love from you and she had the best life! My vet told me you can’t explain a cat that there is reason in their treatment they have to go through. They just live in the now. Choosing not to go through with treatment is in my opinion the best choice you could’ve made for her. Quality of life over quantity. By your side and not away in a scary unknown place for treatment. Please don’t downplay your feelings, people pouring the amount of love in their cats like you did understand the emptiness you lost in your daily life. It takes some time getting used to not find her in her usual spots around the house. Wish you all the best and may the-cat-distribution-magic find you again someday at the right place and time.

I went through the same thing with my cat 2 years ago, he was my world, im 43 and always had cats too, i feel your pain, i was lost for 3 days until I realized i had more love to give , so I went and adopted 2 cats from the shelter, i knew i needed them and they need people like us, im sorry for your loss, maybe you could adopt a shelter cat, it doesn't replace the love lost but it adds to the love
Your a good person and Willow had a good life. What you did by sharing with us your love for her is amazing and thank you. I have a bracelet with name charms for all my pets I have lost over the years. On it is inscribed these words, "If love could have saved you, you would live forever." I miss the two sweet girls I lost over the past few months even if they are guinea pigs. It can still hurt deeply, but that is the risk of love, and it is worth it.

VFR -ness is a pointless waste of money mod, not required on a 5th or 6th Gen, who ever came up with it is an idiot ... Source a Mosfet R&R & loom connectors, inline fuse holder, 4 meters of yellow 12gauge wire, 2 metres of 10 gauge red & black wire, access to a solder iron & shrink wrap & 2 m6 ring crimp terminals for battery connection, make your own loom all the way back to the stator, bin all the OEM yellow wiring, it's not fit for purpose, solid connection from stator to R&R is vital, you're trying to future proof the bike, so why bodge it by crimping onto weak/heat damaged OEM stator wiring, makes no sense to do that, OEM Yellow stator wire is inadequate & overheats, 10gauge red & black back to battery with inline 30A fuse on positive wire, clean all ground connections, add a ground wire from battery to chassis, job done ... u guys in the US really get ripped off for R&R's ... Can easily buy all the parts needed for less than £100 in the UK ... u need to source your own parts, that website is having your pants down mate.
