I’m interested in purchasing in PV…. Just starting out…. Looking for a good agent
@@robertruocco7333 hey, I’d love to help, all my contact info is in the description of the video, feel free to send me a message and we can chat
$590,000.00 ??? Seriously ??? It was not that long ago that , that kind of cash would get you nearly twice the space . Over a half a million bucks and you only get a handful of tiny rooms and don't even get an ocean view now days . BUT if you have deep pockets and seek an income producing property like Airbnb This might be Ideal . it's a very good location to the beach & gayborhood . it would take 7 years to break even with what you paid and your rental income pure profit
@@YesItsMeGuys68 yea the romantica zone has exploded so property value has continued to rise over the past few years! There’s definitely other areas of PV that are cheaper, but if you want the benefits of the romantica zone it’s going to cost you
I appreciate you actually taking an extra couple of seconds in the kitchen. The room that would cost the most to renovate if needed would be the kitchen and yet, so many KZreadrs just “fly” through the video with their cameras, almost like the kitchen is an afterthought, or something. . So thank you for taking that little bit of extra time.
@@katemitchell665 of course! Maybe it’s cause I actually cook so I appreciate a good kitchen haha!
@@RealEstateNatePVR haha…shoulda known! lol. Me too. I’ll give up living room space, in a heartbeat, to have a good kitchen.
ceilings need to be taller, new paints needed, just needs a gut reno.
Nate, you neglected to point out one of the main selling points! You would live directly across the street from the home of PV Superstar, Mama Tits!
Love your enthusiasm. Thanks
Very nice condo, I'm not happy with the HOA fees. I love your shirt..
@@Todoterreno_4x4 haha thanks! $450USD per month is actually below average for this area!
@@RealEstateNatePVR I know, I have been looking for a while now. I just can't get over the HOA fees. I have a house next to a golf course in Colorado and the HOA isn't as high as the ones in PV. I guess it's just the way it is.. Thanks for replying. Have an awesome weekend (well my weekend starts tomorrow).
Beautiful 😍
Awesome apartment but to high for me!
You are so enthusiastic, love your energy. Personally I think the views and Jungle vibes are awesome. The tiles would drive me crazy, very personal style as well as the blue LED. . They would be deal breakers for me. Spectacular location. Thanks for the tour.
Awe thank you so much! I really appreciate that! Where are you from?
It would be great if you can put the HOA fee on the description so we know first hand how much it is. Love your videos.
Hey! Thanks so much, HOA for this one is 6703 pesos per month so just over $350USD

Did you mention what the association dues were or if there are assigned parking places?
Hey, HOA is about $900USD per month and yes there is deeded parking for this unit!
@@RealEstateNatePVR Thanks!
Great. Does it have parking space? How much does it cost the maintenance?
Unfortunately no parking included. The maintenance fees are 9455 pesos per month so about $560USD
@@RealEstateNatePVR great Thanks, do not forget the great thing 0f having a supermarket at the entrance
@@EXARIES exactly! So convenient!
Price seems very reasonable…
Right!! For this area the price is great!
Awesome place and video!!
Right! Have you stayed there before?
Still available?
Yup
@@RealEstateNatePVR we are in Pv right now, is it possible to schedule a showing for today?
@@dvcam22 hey, yes text or WhatsApp me 3103844485

Hate the appartment, horrible layout! But im sooo in love with that building!
Haha yea it’s a very “different” layout. It’s one of the developers units that he’s finally giving up. Definitely not your typical unit but could be really cool for someone who wants to turn it into something interesting
dollars?
Yes, USD
This place is gorgeous!❤
I dont see 2 million dollars of real estate there ! :/
What do you mean?
Enjoyed that. Well Done Nate.
Thanks!
❤❤
Does the building have an elevator or is it a walk up?
This one is a walkup. The entrance to the building is half way up tho so you only have to walk up 3 flights
