  for acne you can use anything with salicylic acid and for dark spots you can use kojic acid, niacinamide, vitamin c or glutathione.

  One quick question - did you consult any dermatologist before using the punching machine and the serum. Or you just found the right cure by hit and trial.. I am confused as I am having hair thinning as well now

  Such a lovely and useful video. I also have disc bulge and sciatica problems, and initially did consider Sitaram Mountain Retreat. But their doctors themselves recommended that I avoid treating myself at that centre given that there are slopes on their campus and climbing up/down may be involved which could worsen my situation. It was nice of them to inform. Therefore, I went to the Arya Vaidya Sala centre at Malappuram instead. Staff were really lovely, very caring and experienced. Consultations, food and treatments were all excellent. I can also vouch for the fact that Ayurveda treatment does help ease your back pain a great deal when compared to all other treatments. 100% recovery is unfortunately not possible so agree with Jovi that alot of it depends on one's nutrition, exercise, lifestyle changes etc to keep it manageable. Wishing you a speedy recovery Jovi!

  I agree with all the points except the blushes. For us 90s people, blush was only an occasional thing. but now people are doing it every once in a there bare face, and doing SO MICH OF IT omygod.🤦🏻‍♀️ they’re going allll over the cheeks and nose and calling it “sun kissed “😅
