Welcome to British Loco Film's channel
Since when i've first started in September 2009 i've just came into the filming part of the photography even though i was in the most part of the camera/stills section.
I've first use an mobile phone for videos for the Great Dorset Steam Fair for two shots and again for the Mid Hants Railway Autumn Steam Gala. In the Novmeber that year, I've brought my first camrecorder which was an Samsung one. Then in the Christmas 2010 another camrecorder came into view, which was an Panasonic HDC-HD60 having a few problems with it saw another turn up it was my first HD camera that was in use until September 2012 until i've got my current one an Panasonic HDC-SD900 with an Mic RodeMic Professional one with an Gitzo tripod.
As from 06/03/14 my old channel name BristolCastle has now been changed to British Loco Films,

Wow ? What's there not to like about this video lots of different locations and loco hauled trains and beautiful Scenery from along the line in Somerset . thanks for sharing this video Best wishes from Roger from Nanaimo B.C. Canada . Ex Brit from 85a Worcester shrub hill railway walk etc.
.Good video, like.
Happy times for us all as we have camped many times in the area last time we were a couple of miles away of Churston station
Magnificent gala
The locos make a great sound up the gradient don't they.
Great catches, some brilliant atmospheric shots there!
Please buy more lock, stock, barrel, engines, rolling stock, stations, sheds, signals, signalboxes, signal gantries, tracks, turntables, and many more to make your South Wiltshire Railway long and extended to become a very long preserved main line to do more filming of the engines.
Since this was filmed about 11 years ago, things change and life change as you probably know that it’s not happening. There is no point buying buying stuff what I don’t need especially for filming.
For more South Wiltshire Railway videos, you should get more tables, Bachmann and Hornby train sets, accessories, lock, stock, barrel, steam engines, diesel locomotives, coaches, freight cars, cabooses, breakdown trains, rolling stock, stations, sheds, signalboxes, signal gantry sets, signals, turntables, roundhouses, and many stuff, just to do some more steam engines in action.
Excellent captures, thanks for sharing 👍 No film of the best part though, the final runs of the day in the dark by double-headed 563 & 34028? Nice event by Swanage Railway 🚂😊
No shot of the last train because its dark and I had to get away from the line earlier.

Stunning video. What type of camera do you use to capture your fabulous clips.
35:01 you can hear the noise coming from the hall just as it came right round the corner
And Omaha is staying there until next year’s winter gala
I was really lucky to catch the S160 before it failed on Sunday
I came here on Friday and I’ve got the locos I wanted
I’ve been on this!
It’s His grace, the Duke of Sodor!!.
Brillaint video! I saw her at Weymouth on the 2nd August.
Great shot! I saw her at Salisbury.
Really great shots here!
Amazing footage, thank you 🙂
A washout is a bit of an understatement, especially on the Friday. I got drenched and it was difficult to keep the camera dry. However, as I always say, we have to suffer for our art! I'm still editing the video footage that I took and, so far, I've only had time to put one short video on my channel. However, the rest will be added in the fullness of time...
What a beautiful spot Nantmor is. Looks like there was a useful spot of rain too to alleviate fears of fire risk
There certainly wasn't any fire risk, especially on the Friday when I got absolutely soaked! The main problem though, was keeping the rain off the camera.
Great video! I saw her at Salisbury.
Very professional video. Beautifully done.
Great video! I saw her at Taplow.

Shame the WSR ASG got called off but it seems you got lucky with two different locos on each day you visited and facing different directions! Nice video, enjoyed watching!
Sounded like 138 had a little chick in the cab
