Traveling full time has always been a dream of mine, and what better way to do it than having a home on wheels? We moved into an Airstream as our full time home in February 2022. After living in the Airstream for one year, I decided to kick our travels up a notch by purchasing a Ford Transit Van! My van was built out by Drifter Vans and we moved in early May 2023. This lifestyle certainly has its challenges, but is a rewarding adventure without a doubt. I'm beyond grateful to be able to experience life in this way and thank you for joining me on this journey! 😊

How loud are these vans when using overnight? e.g. if camping w fam who are tent camping, is it loud & will disrupt their enjoyment of peace and quiet? Thank you

Why did drifter vans not install this a/c on original build? The lift gives the van a sexier look…..how long are they out on builds? Would you go with a Mercedes again or a ford/Ram?

What type of Benjamin Moore paint did you use? Was it specifically made for cabinets?

Some areas of the Adirondack mountains where we hike/camp require the use of bear canisters. Backpacker’s Cache by Garcia is a brand that has been tested and approved by both our state and the National Park Service. The Bear Vault brand and hang bags are not state approved in these areas because some bears have figured out how to get in them. The canisters are a little unwieldy but you can get a bag to attach them to your pack. Good luck on your adventures!
