Absolutely a beautiful adventure I felt myself on. August of 2025 I will be headed to the area combined with spending one night at Brooks Falls. I am a old lady trying to get myself in shape for an adventure of a lifetime.

Dude I have so many questions for you! This video is awesome. I’ll be in Whittier in August on a multi-day fishing trip and was planning on doing some diving while there. Is the water this clear that late in the summer or does run-off effect visibility? Is this Eaglek Bay or are you further into the Sound? One more: what are those little dome shaped cavern looking things? Wild

Taking turns with my Dad and brother in 1968 on our Polaris Colt (first of many sleds), trying to get even 1/4 way up the little hill across from the parking lot at Turnagain Pass...we could have never imagined getting up on top where y'all play. Love the videos and it brings back great memories of 30+ years living and riding in the Great Land.

how much does the tour cost, and do they pick people up from an accessible location if coming from Anchorage, not even sure what direction to go toward to get there _ the place to pay?

Summer of 2021, was d last time i been to the Falls, but second time i got in the water up close .i was scared to get closer as i dont know how deep it is underneath the falls. from what i know, water is powerful and can carve into rock over time. So i was afraid to take my chances. i respect mother nature. The rocks under d water are slippery. i hurt my knee. water is cold but i got used to it fast. 😂😅😅

I always enjoy seeing the Nelchina Glaicer from the highway when heading back to Anchorage. It'd be neat to snowmachine out there in the winter. I've heard that tour company does overnight trips.

I love the Placer River bridge. It's nice to stop by when visiting Spencer Glacier. Another great video and photo shots. I like the point about adding depth with the foreground. It's something I need to remember more. I've never had friends with these expensive Alaska "toys". I try to do one touristy thing a year to explore this great state.
