  For each sad playlist I hear, a memory from the past would come in mind and I would feel a bittersweet joy at the happiness I had when life was simpler. The happiness washed away when I remember where I am now and I’d let a tear fall to relieve the sadness in me before I fall asleep to escape and dream again.

  i played the stargazing playlist during the lowest point of my life. those songs remind me of how much growth ive had since that time. that playlist held so many memories for me, please im begging you bring it back. i think about that playlist everyday now, i miss it so much. ❤

  just recently i got my expander and, to be completely honest, i just wanna cry everyday day. some say its better than braces, some say its worse, but just off of what i know, its way worse. simple things that you dont ever think about like talking, swallowing, etc. all now take serious thought. you're limited to soft foods and that really restricts you when its comes to places to go out and eat or what to eat in general. you end up losing weight because you brain skips meals since eating is a hassle. im a semi-self-conscious person. when im the way i usually am, i haven't a care in the world. but when things about me change, i get really self-conscious. the expander ends up making a gap between your front teeth. and it messes with your speech. and it doesnt help that now everything is extremely uncomfortable. ive been sitting in silent sadness for a while now. everyday i just wanna cry, but ive always tried to stay the bigger person. i know this is small compared with those stories about dealing with grief and losing something or someone big. and i know this will probably be lost in the comments but it feels nice to let this out. this playlist seriously helps me sleep, which ive had sleeping problems since even before the expander (not like the expander helped.) so; thank you.
