  There's a rumor that the track Alarm Call was originally called JACKO when still in demo and was inspired by Michael Jackson. That's why the beat sounds so 90's Jackson like. He wrote her an email in 2003 telling her how much he admired her creativity and asking about her inspirations for her work because she references nature and the planet a lot. You can find the transcript of the email online. Bjork is the best.

  Its crazy to see how far you have come with JPEGMAFIA honestly its dope! Because at first for most people it can sound harsh or just weird but thats what makes him soooooo good. People appreciate his music because he's truly himself and creatively free. I know JPEGMAFIA'S music can be quite polarizing like Bladee and some people are just really turned off his stuff at first but then come around to liking his music
