This stage was rough until I remembered Lin. She tanked the drones and took out the first ranged guy. I'm so scared of using penance or mudrock when even gladiia can't tank the poison swamp, guess I was wrong about Penance at least.

Nicheknights in a nutshell. Insert also the fact that your "vanguard" is usually a 20 DP cost Defender for even more brain damage if you want.

IMO Chongyue can also benefit from aspd buffing decently, it's not quite as much as the summons and nian are benefiting from tankiness, but it's still worthwhile. Can also benefit from being able to hit at a distance with a sister or dragon in front of him too, or one of them holding enemies in an adjacent lane for him, or both. Depends what you consider synergies but I'd say they all mesh fairly well together, a fairly stall and tank oriented group of units so far but with some solid damage spread if you finesse it right. I'm curious how future siblings will affect them, we know there's a brother who is good at healing, and also I think it's pretty likely we eventually get a 3rd defender to enable shu's 3 of the same class talent, wouldn't be surprised if they eventually become the pinnacle of stalling by a good bit.

Sometimes, i wish they immediately lower the pulls up to 200 for limited characters that have their first run already ended because I need Ling, Nian, and Spalter but the 300 pulls requirement and a dream of winning the 30/ rate 😭😭😭 (Sorry for bad wording 😭)

The biggest problems Ling has in this map is opening (the first dog will slaughter her dragon, it's pretty funny) and fighting the boss (because dragons keep dying) Zuo le does both and more

On release people managed 3 op clears of H11-4 using Ling Skalter and a stall op for SK Checked those out after doing this and I thought it was interesting how Shu's grass healing is more difficult to use than Skalter (it's annoying to set it up in all the tiles asap), but the Shu Nian stall combo is generally better than all the previous ones for the boss, with the only problem being it does actual damage to the boss so you can't freely cut down all the trees whenever you want, and I have spare devices to fix bad cycles in phase 2 Overall a pretty easy run

HS-8 gave you 2 minutes to safely bully the boss without worrying about anything, while on EX stage you can just forget about the boss and focus on mobs. Strange event imo, although main mechanic looks pretty fun most of the stages are just boring, most of them have just one particular threat that you can easily focus on and forget about everything else. Coping for S floor to be more of a challenge. Why cut the ending btw, clear doesn't look so good without showing your triumph. I didn't feel catharsis ;d

the real boss actually are the flying drones who can make your phone superlag, the rats and the corrupted water tile

Most interesting idea was probably stalling some enemies so Click doesn't cause the boss to blight the rightmost lane, so I could keep that pump on and enter the second phase stall much easier cause I needed all my plots to be clean to slow down the boss
