  If you are using this for camera then no adapter is needed but if you want to use it with phone then you need a TRS to TRRS converter.. Any normal converter will work well

  For ppl saying it's not about height and it's about strength, that's what I thought too. But it's all about the length of ur leg. I squat 110kg for reps and rep out the entire stack in leg extensions, still it's hard to pull these bikes back (I'm 5'5 or 5'6) 👾
