I actually just today did my roots, and a wash on my faded lengths (rainbow also) and then did the t18. It took most of my staining.

could i do this the opposite way? like if i have bright copper hair could i put like a light brown semi dye and get a more muted copper?

You know I understand where you're coming from when you get into it and you really want to get done makes me almost glad that my chronic illness forces me to stop after bleaching process and wait 2 or 3 days before I finish with the color.

I wear pastel and silver colors. This is why I bleach b4 my roots get longer then a 1/2". When they're that short its only 20min at 20 vol instead of 40min. Makes my skin a bit angry at those longer times. I went 1.5" and ended up with banding and breakage trying to correct the banding.

I hate make up in general so I’ll never try it out for myself but those eyes!! Absolutely love it ❤ Hair looks great too! I would love to see how these toners do on level 9 or 8 even if it would give some effect on the 9. Knowing it won’t work is far different for my mind than seeing how it works or doesn’t. But with all the misuse (or misunderstanding of the product) available of people bleaching their hair, I feel like it would be a useful video for this channel. Though I definitely understand if you would think it’s just a waste of product. I’m just new in this world of dyeing, lightening or toning hair

I did redken shades eq pastel pink with a touch of 07g and it turned COPPER. Slightly rose gold but copper. The pink washed out immediately. I did pastel again over it and it was a deep rose gold, and it washed out almost immediately again. Gold is STRONG. It’s been fading nicely, mostly like see-through copper with my white blonde hair underneath. But you definitely have to be careful with that.

I had residual green leftover in my hair that just wouldn't budge! I toned it with wella T50 and it got me back to the blonde I was before the green!
