Here’s my thing. You want big power, Smokey burnouts and speed WHY A DIESEL? Their not meant for RPM’s and who cares if your putting down 500 hp because that might as well be 200hp in an F150 and or 15:00 seconds in 1/4 mile 😂😂 Not meant to wind out neither and that is reason heads lift, transmissions Blow apart because their 10k+ pounds trying drive it like a sports car! Delete with mild tune and go get a camper to explore backcountry Foolish but it’s your money playa
Hey nice job, truck looks good! One question, does the 4 wheel drive shaft interfere with the transmission cooler lines now? On my 3rd Gen it looks like it will... Maybe you can have a look and let me know? I'd really appreciate it, thanks.
All my lines are way clear. I do have AN lines now not factory lines. Hope this helps.

The coolant exhaust color change test is to be run with the engine running on active pushing exhaust out from a blown head gasket it's fairly useless if the engine is off.
Hey man, I’m looking for a 2g swap kit for my 4th gen Cummins, specifically wc fab. But I Litterally can’t find one on their website for a fourth gen, but I clearly see them for third gen’s. My truck is stock and I wanted to delete the def tank. So how do you convince the computer to not put you in limp mode by pulling the tank out?

I had to get a tune revision to raise trans line pressure. The CEL was for a crank case sensor i had removed. Tuner tuned it out. That’s why there not a light anymore.
Do you need a tune to do this? I have the same equipment and about to install them on my 2017 2500. Was curious if I need to tune before, or after?
You will need a tune to up the line pressure.
Hi have a question for you boss man have your check engine light came on when you change the valve cover ?
It did but i got a tune revision to get rid of the sensor that is attached to the OEM valve cover so i wouldn’t have a check engine light anymore.

What did you guys do with that extra port on the steed speed, it comes with one plug but two ports?
I had a spare NPT plug and we threw it in. You can get them pretty cheap at any parts store.
Thank you for the added info and shedding more light on this diesel emission Bullshit. I just finished my delete on my 2014 VW JSW/Golf Variant TDI with a full EGR and intake swirler delete, Kerma TDI full airbox delete (Kerma TDI Ram Air intake and Kerma TDI Turbo Inlet) which is two years after doing a full DPF delete using Rawtek Max Performance DPF Delete. Now the EGR valve, EGR filter, EGR cooler, EGR throw pipe, intake swirlers, and DPF has been fully and completely removed from my 2014 CJAA TDI car. The only thing is my CJAA TDI never had a DEF system. My CJAA TDI is now completely and 100% emissions free.
If you are building a motor I’d build a 6.7 for it.. that’s what I plan on doing for mine

Yep you're totally wrong there are lots of tolerances you have to check. That planetary is where you want to start. Over 20,000 on any gears means you buy a new one. So I decide to flexion on the chain is measured. Safest to buy a new one as you have that part. All the bearings clearance has to be measured, they do go bad. Good luck with your project
Are you talking about a t case or the transmission?
Extra or unwanted DEF can be diluted with water and sprayed on your lawn for fertilizer. Best way to get rid of it.

So the fix was a retorque?
I retorqued the head studs, and there was a t fitting that needed to be removed and just a straight barb connecting the 2 tubes.

I think it rides the same as stock honestly.
What's with all the dirt? Was it driven on a lot of dirt roads? I'd be tempted to seal it off somehow.
I think the previous owner may have lived or driven on a dirt road. It’s a mess underneath.

I did do a trans relearn with a re tune. Wish i would’ve mentioned that in the video.

She got up to 3200 RPM. Stock trans and stock valve train didn’t want to push it beyond the limits of those parts.

Did you just leave the supply nipple exposed on the sending unit or did you rig it to block it off?
I believe it still has the line attached going to the CP3. I have the other end zip tied to the frame rail underneath the cab. Going to remove it eventually when i pull the bed to clean up the frame.

Oof... I'm dreading the day this happens to my 04.5, but I know it's just a matter of time with almost 190k miles. I did the FASS titanium a couple years ago and bought the bypass, but never installed it. With only 1 vehicle I didn't want to screw something up and be stuck. So it sits with the thousands of dollars of other parts I haven't installed yet. lol

I’m looking to maybe have a few more things like a front selectable locker while they’re in there, so I know it’ll be a lot more lol
Are you in Newcastle as well? I got mine done at 4WP here local to me. I believe i paid around $2400 all said and done. Truck drives amazing.
