Hi Welcome to another Mikey2Hands video....
As you will see from the quality of my videos I am very much an amatuer videographer using some basic software, but I think I'm getting better each video.
But the content is great right!? and that's what it's all about. I love making video's on things I have made, built or renovated to show others the steps I took so you can do the same. After all that's what KZread is for!
So thanks for subscribing, it really helps the channel grow so my vids can reach more people. And you never know when I may make just the thing you are wondering how to put together for your home with your own 2 hands.
Cheers

👏👏👏
Thanks, two questions, two pallets seems quite low, can you use 3?...also can you cut out the pieces of the seat before you glue it and nail plate it or after?
Love it
Love the back connection; great job!
Only issue with this is, over long period of time you will damage your frame paint with the friction.
Kit costs as much as getting a complete bike, so it looks like a waste of time.
You just saved me a £200 call out to my cctv supplier ❤🎉
Just made it today! Amazing tutorial. Thank you so much! ❤
We just finished our couch using your tutorial! Thnx!
This was the project I had been looking for. I'm using it for a patio sofa, so rather than castors, I have put some old sofa legs on it, and I sliced up the wood from an old pine wardrobe I had in the garage, and clad the edges. I used some exterior grey paint that was left over from my shed and painted it over. I was very pleased with the result. Thank you very much for the inspiration to make this
One of my camera’s just started having this issue after five years. Figured there was a way to fix it. Glad to see your video that you just posted a few weeks ago. Very helpful! Thank you!
Wow!!! Thank you!! Love it 😍😍😍
This is actually pretty smart and efficient
Excelent idea i have to try
I love the simplicity! Some channels take them apart completely and that seems pointless and defeats the point, IMO. I've just bought 20 euro pallets for an outdoor cabana in my yurt camp in Mongolia. Now looking for ideas to make simple furniture for our family and guests.
I’m making this tonight, wish me luck. 🍀
Hope it went well.
This man has built the exact bike im trying to build now: all black with tanwalls, and only want throttle use. My mind cant comprehend this; i just started researching ebike builds and this popped up.
What’s the size of the cushions?
I’ve written the dimensions in the description. 👍
@@Mikey2handsare the cushions the same size as the pallets? Just because surely if the back board takes up some of the bottom pallet, would the cushion not need to be smaller than the pallet you sit on ?
Yes the bottom cushions were deeper than the back cushions. I think ikea have stopped making the ones I have shown in the video too, but they may have a new range that will suit. Sorry I don’t have the exact dimensions any more.
thanks
Good job and helpful for fixing the blemishes on my bike😀
Fantastic video mate just build one great instructions and didn't take long best video on here
Can you help putting mine together? I'll pay you if you help me set it all up. I have the bicycle and the conversion kit.
Prefect 😏just made 2 benches in 15 min thanks man !
nice but a few tips, dont put adhesive kit, just get a few really long screws, 4 is all you need, and drill them straight through the top to the bottom ones and you're done. also, if you get yourself 5 pallets in total, you can pry off the middle 'square foot' of the pallet you use for the back, the push the 'legs' in a bit more forward and angle it back just a little bit more, mount 1 complete pallet to the back, and for rigidity screw these together. then just pry off all the planks from the leftover pallet, and nail or screw them to the lower front and sides to cover them up. use an orbital sander to make everything nice and plane, paint it, throw some pillows on, and all that you would have spend is paint, pillows and some nails, and you have some great furniture.
This was a perfect tutorial…
This can be a magnetic sensor switch, an optical sensor, or an ordinary lever switch with a spring // in some designs, it is placed in series in the circuit and when it is removed, the motor stops.
Love the tutorial, thanku so much. Sorry to sound stupid but where's the nail plates? U used the adhesive to put the two pallets together, did I miss something 😅 Sorry just a lil confused, Cheers Kaz 😊
The only advice I'd say is have the controller inside the frame to avoid damage from rocks and pebbles and also hides the electrics. It makes for a nicer aesthetic
looks great
Very good so far. But touching the frame after primer? Hoilding the can upside down and spray for a second keeps the nozzle clean.
I have a motorized bicycle and they don't last long? How long can ebikes last
Ótimo ❤ amei
Beautiful
It only took me 7 seconds to realize why we DON’T build with pallets - k Byeee
Where did you get the those cushions ?
IKEA.
Very helpful video! Im getting ready to build my first ebike.
Well done tutorial, just enough info. One question though, how far can you go with the 10 amp/hour battery?
About 20 good km on the 10ah battery. After that there’s a noticeable loss in power.
thank you so much for this. by following your instructions i set mine up easily.
I have a 2020 Ecotric Rocket with 36v 500 watt geared rear hub. That was cool until I got a Catahoula Leopard dog pup and a 😊
Good video. I used the left over pieces of wood as brackets! Plus I got in quite the accident with my saw lmao
Excellent video. Does it have regenerative braking?
Whats the top speed on a flat?
That brake switch is sweet.
whats the top speed
Watch til the end I do a test ride and speed test.
Gud day thank you for sharing this video with me,it's very inspirational to me as I'm unemployed and learning to make some pallet products for a living,,,thank you once again
Very Very Good How To Do Video!!!! That was the best how to do pallet furniture I have ever seen. Very clear detailed and still didn't take 30 mins to display your work and teach how to do it!!! Definitely trying this ....you get an A+ on this man
Nice 👌🏼 Gonna do it on this weekend 😏
My helical attachment like yours is useless and don't conform to shaft at all. Will have to try this.
Fab video, I went the other way and made all the wires longer, that way i could make a small hole in the bikes frame and had ALL the wires run inside the frame. Took some messing with a small nut on the end of the wire and a magnet to move it along the poles from the outside but all the wires have vanished, hidden inside away from sight and the rain.
I was going to do this exact same thing for my first build last year. 👌🏽
100% recommend, so so easy to follow and brilliant results
