  "Tatooed Golden Retriever" might be a reference to a neutered dog. Dogs, especially rescues, are often tattooed when they are spayed and neutered so that vets have a visual indicator that the dog is already surgically altered. It prevents dogs from being unnecessarily opened up again in the future.

  My husband’s mother was a prescription drug user and his father was an alcoholic. He was a victim of child negligent. I am thankful he pushed though it as best he could. I’m thankful I found him. He’s a beautiful human being and he’s been my husband for thirty plus years. There are many victims in abuse. This movie is a roller coaster of emotion for all. Love you all who have gone through this.

  You should definitely check out Florence and the Machine, Florence Welch is lead singer and writes all their songs/lyrics, she's a phenomenal lyricist and also released a book called Useless Magic which is a collection of lyrics from the band's first 4 albums and includes poems written by Florence. In the music video for their song Queen of Peace, there's an amazing poem that sandwiches the song, it was written by Florence on the day of filming.

  I was sobbing through "Doors". Never related to something so much. He's destroying his own creation. This was supposed to be a rescue mission to save the restaurant and the STAFF. He's completely lost sight of his original goal..He needs a f**king intervention. Correction, He *needed* an intervention where everyone crowded around him and talked to him the way he talked to marcus. Force the man to cry. He must cry. Midsommar style in front of his loved ones. He needs to be accepted and loved for being a human. He just threw away the only person to love and accept him. That's a lot. This is the dude's first gf ever!! COME ON GUYS. I know he's embarrassed. I know you already tried to talk about it. I know he's pushing you away, but my god!! keep trying. He needs you all so much right now... But no, now he thinks apologizing is useless bc Richie didn't accept it, so neither will claire. He's done ZERO ASL "I'm sorrys". He's done apologizing. He quit smoking- HE SAYS to be efficient with time- because it reminds him of claire. Claire = distraction. He doesn't wanna be the guy in love with claire. He wants to destroy that person. He's becoming his worst nightmare to have his WORK be loved and accepted by THE PEOPLE, because he doesn't think he's worthy of love anymore. With claire, he was distracted, yes, but he was kinder. He hasn't been in Al-anon because old carmy went to al-anon. He hates himself so much and he's hurting the people he needs most. 😭

  My friend Rachel committed suicide in February and I watched this movie for the first time about a week later. Probably not the smartest decision lol, I ended up crying so hard that I got a pimple on my right eyelid. But the movie does a FANTASTIC job portraying the grief that suicide loss survivors experience. Mike’s death in particular felt really realistic and painful, and the ending where Kevin is talking to his sons is probably my favorite ending to a movie I think I’ve ever seen. Ultimately I’m really glad I watched it when I did, as crazy as it may sound I kinda needed it in that moment. Always love your reactions and your takes man, and this was no different.

  The fidget spinner is genius by the show writers. It’s a way for us to know when Lip is struggling with his addiction because his character isn’t one to complain or let anyone know when he’s having a hard time.

  The Alchemy, I feel like, is THAT song that you were ranting on ICDIWABH. It's her just opening herself for love, and also about her career because of lines like, "Ditch the crowd, get the crown, baby I'm the one to beat/'cause the sign on your heart says it's still reserved for me" might be about how she kinda ditched her fans and papparazis during 2020-2022 (pre-midnights) she was only spotted from time to time, but not really that active on her socisls like before, and no pap walks. "I haven't come around in so long, I'm coming back to where I belong" kinda references bejeweled for me. Simply, her going back to the pop landscape and/or touring, and having that confidence now that she *belongs* there with the success of midnights.

  I would say that seasons 8 & 9 are my favorite on the show outside of some weird things that happen with Ian but I'll keep it to that. Fiona is my favorite character on the show and her character arc over the next two seasons is really moving. You're in for a good time!

  For a poet you missed alot in these songs. And the age old hate about taylor writing mostly about love and heart break has run its course and is dusty as hell and unoriginal. The majority of artists write almost exclusively about love. So this critique has always been so odd to me. She has endured it her whole career while other artists do the same with no backlash. So annoying 🙄🙄

  Dottie divorced Fritz in '92 and lived with Kevin on his land in Hawaii. Fritz died in '97 and Dottie died in 2015 I think.
