bad ass dude! need to build something for my FWC, bought a all in one power station, charge controllers suck balls on them, have to use high voltage panels which is hard to source here. DO you build these for others? or even considered it?

Thanks for sharing this. I live in Nova Scotia and have a two year old beagle I plan to take with me via SUP to some small islands in the bay we live on. Seeing others with a beagle on their board is both inspiring and comforting as they arent the biggest fans of water. Also a thumbs up for having a life jacker for your pooch. 8:48

Haven't had any issues on my 2023 Harley Davidson Sportster-S. When ever a new bike comes out You're going to encounter issues. as of 2023 they seem to have corrected many of the issues that they have in the previous models. It's worth waiting something.

The starter issues went away for me after changing the battery to HD Lithium Ion. What I hate is that it eats oil like fuel. I absolutely love my little rocket cruiser. Added windscreen, mudguards, sundowner seat, aftermarket levers, Kemimoto saddlebag mounts, mid controls, engine guards and heated grips. Next ones: Memphis hand guards, TBR exhaust, aftermarket springs and Slimmer front tyres for track. Then a tailbag and my mini ST rocket is complete

Looks like a nice unit. I like the fact that you mention charging your lawn equipment batteries. I built something similar using a battery box, a Victron DC-DC charger, MPPT 100-30, 1500 watt Rich Solar invertor, LiFePo4 Battery, and a Victon AC battery charger. It was built to solve the landscaping battery charging while on the job. I had it in the shop hoping to sell it, but the $2000 price tag was a little much. Using quality components can get expensive. I might build another with a Renogy all in one DC to DC - MPPT charge controller. It's hard to keep the price down when comparing to an already built solar generator. Anyways I like your build, especially what you did with the heat sink on the charge controller.

I've been searching constantly for roughly the past week for aero road bikes based on sheer value for the buck, and I keep coming back to this one. I don't think it could be beat right now. The fact that it has $2,000 carbon wheels, a power meter and a full Di2 setup for the price point it's at makes this a ridiculously good deal, moreso if it's on discount.

  • @MrRoyGS

I haven’t been doing as much climbing on the Aerod yet as I did with my SL5. Overall I feel my Tarmac felt lighter on the steeper 9%+ gradients but not as responsive or stiff as my Aeroad. Even though my Aeroad is 1lb lighter than my tarmac. On longer steady climbs the Aeroad is faster.
