Hello, we were fooled by your staff. We brought a car to airport and your staff is sending pictures of old stains and maybe himself poured some water as people where sitting over there and they would totally felt that it`s wet. Now they took 65 euros payment. Which we don't agree of. What should we do and how should we solve this situation. We are traveling all around the world, but never fooled like this. How should we solve this situation?

Do not rent from them especially if you’re going out of the jurisdiction! They will keep your deposit and won’t let you know until you return the vehicle!!!
Your attitude was that of a thief, you charged me 128.40$ + tax for the use of the toll transponder for six days when it costs 14.85$ + tax for a whole month. You are just thiefs. I will make a very bad Google review of you.
Used this company and when we arrived to collect our car at 6.30pm after a half hour flight delay there was no shuttle service. We phoned the number provided and were informed via a third party that their office closes at 6pm and to come back the next day. Told staff we were unhappy with the service as they didn't phone or email us. Staff put the phone down. Definitely very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend. Were left stranded with no car and no way of getting to Ayr.

I can not believe in this. My journey with Green motion started in Scotland. Rented a small Van for a weekend to move house. Quick and easy collection and returns. Staff were friendly and honest and seemed focused on providing a fantastic service rather than trying to take your money like so many other car rental companies.

I have rented a car from Green motion Heathrow terminal 2; on 21st Aug - 24th Aug for three days through their website. The car hire was £109.34 but when the checkout page opened, there was a non-removable charge of £43.47 for insurance. So I had to pay £152.81 in total. I made a checklist of what documents I should bring, I prepared everything, all the documents printed on a separate piece of paper in case of any technical issue. I arrived there, they did not accept my bank card which was a MasterCard. (it was not mentioned in the website) so I offered to pay the entire deposit instead of the credit card. they didn't accept my offer, instead, they offered me to get another insurance (even though I had one) worth of £96 plus a £50 deposit which I never got it back from them. The car was finally picked up 12:13 21st Aug. Drove safely and there was no damage to the car. The fuel was filled right before handing it in. The journey had to go through a toll road, so I paid the right amount right after the journey. It has now been 11 days after I safely returned the car. I have not received my deposit back. also, there was another unknown charge of £84 right now (Sep the 3rd) pending in my bank statement from Green motion.

Brilliant I am a Premium Plus man. Nice to have some clarity. Seems like best value for money and peace of mind. Always distrusted lowest price options. The internet lulls into thinking all products are providers are the same making them compete by lowering price.
