  If flying a plane is on your list, you might like to check out New Horizons Microlighting in Benicolet (near where you did your bungee jump I think). He is a UK instructor and has been based i Spain for many years now I believe. He gives lessons and pleasure flights in a fixed-wing closed-cockpit microlight and an open cockpit wind-in-the-hair microlight also.

  @@TheRamblingIrishman There's another UK Microlight instructor operating out of Alhama de Murcia airfield. His name is Keith Reynolds. He may be closer to Villmartin. I was in touch with him recently regarding my own interest in flying with him next winter.
