  A lot of companies are getting away from Resman and I don't understand why. It is much better to use than RealPage and Yardi.

  You still need to have humans inspect lead inquires to see what prospects are asking. Automated replies and communication templates are better than not having. But when it comes to chatbots and AI algorithms in this space, it’s not there yet, not close. Nevertheless, it’ll continue to get sold. And so, back to human inspectors. They’ll close more leads with less CRM spend identifying high intent prospects. They use their experience, and real AI, like ChatGPT, to save time, deliver superior responses, and close deals. The problem is that the industry doesn’t pay or train managers enough to equip them for success. Instead, and speaking of playbooks, the game perpetually consists of managers throwing owners’ good money away at shiny tech that is misunderstood and never fully utilized, all to demonstrate a veneered proactiveness. Just my 2 cents. Otherwise, sincerely like the show and learned from this episode as well, keep it up! 👍

  We use Resman. You have to know how to code to make your own custom report. They charged thousands of dollars for one report.

  Be careful giving this company any of your personal information they are known to sell information to other advertisers! And they will use the information to spam you more!!!! And if Resman property management software gets a hold of your Facebook account, they will bombard you with massive marketing and its very difficult to get them to stop. You have been warned!! NOTE TO SPAMMER: You guys thought you could spam Facebook timelines and then If you don't like what they say delete the post and change it to "share only" preventing from posting after you were warned of the consequences? It appears silencing people's freedom of speech didn't work out too well did it. Silencing freedom speech did not work out for you and came consequences, just a quick food for thought.
