Im proud of your sobriety, but dont blame it on weed. The problem is starting any substance at that age leads to terrible outcomes. Weed and shrooms by itself isnt always bad like most of the other substances you listed.

I am so so glad you’re sober. I’ve beaten narcotics addiction after three shoulder surgeries, taking upwards of 300 mg of oxycodone on a day. I’m surprised I’ve got liver left.

It usually starts young. I was misdiagnosed with depression and put on SSRIs....Im bipolar and that is probably the worst medication to give to someone with BPD. I went into full blown mania. I was drinking, taking the prozac AND Xanax together. Im thankful to be alive today. We do recover!

I was on spice for three years. Im concerned the long term, not immediately noticed, effects that may have on myself. At 30 now and im aware im not as sharp as i used to be. A little early for cognitive decline. Be careful when you're young. One day, if you're among the lucky, you'll get older.

This is by far my greatest fear in life that my kids dont out live me cause i just buried my dad 6 months ago. Parents should never have to bury their child.

The short explains it perfectly. In order to have employees that prioritize their health and wellbeing, you as a leader need to do so as an example. Being a little selfish with your time, turning your phone off after hours, going to the gym, going on vacations, shutting your door to get work done when 99% of the time it's open. Just small moments of 'you' time so you can show up for your people and they will show up for themselves :)
