As a licensed psychologist, it's important to clarify that autism is not something that can be acquired or developed. Being passionate or obsessed about something is not equivalent to autism. Autism is a neurodevelopmental condition resulting from a combination of genetics and environment. It presents with distinct traits and characteristics that may hinder social and emotional development, as well as interactions. It's crucial to be cautious about the topics discussed in this video to protect yourself. Otherwise, individuals with autism or their parents might react strongly.

PLEASE add vitamin C to your otherwise solid diet, or you will develop scurvy. 1 orange a day or 250 ml of orange juice should be more than enough. Bell peppers and other fruits are fine choices too. If you also throw in around 100 grams (weighted raw) of cooked spinach per day, you will optimize micronutrients with hardly any added calories and will be eating better than most professional athletes at that point. Look up Stan Efferdings' "Vertical Diet", its literally for elite athletes and you're already doing like 80% of it.

Mycket bra video! 🙏
