  你新屋治安又不是非常差，比 Markham、Richmondhill一定差， 因為Markham and Richmond hill公共交通唔太方便（巴士），又無subway, 特別係夜晚更少巴士 台灣人最喜歡住finch 、sheppard、Victoria 、eglinton、north york, 因為TTC巴士24小時及有subway。 Scarborough 都麻麻但無車嘅人就非常方便。 交通方便即人雜，印度人、黑人也不少。 坐交通工具小心，特別夜晚。

  Walkout basement 可以在main floor， 也可以在underground, 視乎隻窗多大而定，佢租呢間係walkout basement 無錯。 Sheppard ､ Finch 治安唔好，勝在交通非常方便。 長遠考車牌，買部平嘅日本二手車或租都得，搬什麼地方也可以。 最重要遠離華人，學習西方文化，因為你住加拿大唔係大中華。

  @@florencesim336 main floor 意思應該係主層，我暫時未見過bungalow 又好， townhouse 又好，detached house 都好個 main floor 係 underground 。

  @@MC-mw4ns我朋友間屋在Markham, 佢main floor係walkout basement, 隔離係driveway及Garage, 佢dinning room及kitchen 在1/F, 睡房在2樓，沒有underground 的。 我睇過一間Scarborough 14th ave / Mac Cowan 嘅walkout basement 是underground, 成層walkout basement 在back yard隔離，2間睡房窗3尺高，飯廳度玻璃門7呎高。 這也是underground 開職的walkout basement, 去年3月$1300包1車位、水電網全包。 淨係Markham、Richmond hill 、 Scarborough 都唔少呢類屋，更何況小鎮仲多。 加拿大D屋以house計，起得五花八門，自問唔算識好多，但都睇過唔少house。
