  The healthiest vegan “meat” is your own. Just mix vital wheat gluten, water, and herbs together. You then combine all ingredients into a dough and boil the dough. You can freeze it or use it right away. This “meat” is much healthier and tastier than tofu, Beyond Meat or Impossible meat. It can be made to taste like chicken, beef, pork, etc. Only people who are allergic to gluten would not be able to eat it, however.
