Surprised you didn’t mention soaking beans with papaya tablets and even rinsing and leaving them in the beans. I can pints of beans in my instant pot but I soak 1/2 cup per jar and then rinse them several times before add in the standard amount of salt for canning before I fill the final time and then can for 90 min and let cool naturally. (Pressure cooks at 11.6 psi , turn off keep warm. Don’t like canning lentils and peas because they don’t can well and are like a brick. The gelatin in beans is good for your bone so use the juice too. Good presentation

Please DONT give advice to use baking soda. A qualified dietician will tell you it destroys all the vitamins in fruit & vegetables. It's a NO NO. It is used to style food on camera it brightens it for photo shoots. It not healthy. It renders stuff worthless. Soak overnight & add salt at the end. Rince well.
I’m juicing. I put myself on a time while juicing. 8am,12noon,4pm, and 8pm. It’s not bad. Cooked food isn’t good to have as one gets older. Thank you

Quick...baking soda and flour. I don't measure when I cook...I cook like my Mom did. But doing these two things makes it come out well.
I’d like to pass on some information: I lived with a friend who was very much into eating clean and healthy. One of the diet types she stuck to the most and has never really left was the Blood Type Diet. I went down the list and and only had the beans it stated I was able to digest and every time I ate them they just passed through my system with no discomfort but if I dare and eat the ones it stated to not eat I could feel the difference in my digestion immediately. Also, as a common knowledge for those who have beans in their diet: soak them overnight with a bit of baking soda and you shouldn’t have any problems.

We were always taught to soak them, our grandmother was so funny, she said soak them in vanilla, so when you fart people will think you baked a cake. Think the regular soak is the way to go.
TBH i do not care who passes gas. I am simple. But less gas can be good as I am learning. Some folk see it differently.
