  I’ve followed these instructions over and over again. I keep getting an error message. It seems it’s not reading the envelope is loaded. I’m just doing one envelope in the bypass tray. Can you help please

  So the way I'm understanding this Secure print is always enabled in the printer. So the way I'm understanding as long as I do not select secure print when sending the job it will print it out?

  Will not work without configuring a "From" address which can be done in a completely separate menu in machine general settings.

  thankyou! had called canon to come out and fix the toner waste but they didn't. they just sent a new bottle. thanks to this video I was able to do it myself. i did robotics in highschool

  You did not press the third option that said scan. You will only be able to print and not scan.

  I would love to know how to ensure the print size is correct, the standard DL settings on the printer preferences are a few ml larger than my envelopes so its printing off set.

  I have a Kyocera ECOSYSTEM M6230cidn and I am wondering if it is possible to have direct printing and internet connection automatically switch over when doing a printing job? I currently use my iPhone’s hotspot to connect to my Apple MacBook Pro and then use it to browse the internet and at the moment I have to manually and constantly switch between the iPhone hotspot over to the M6230 direct printing hotspot in order to use the printer to print documents and then back again to use the internet! Is it possible to make this process seamless without constantly having to switching between iPhones hotspot to M6230 Direct Printer hotspot? At the moment I have to constantly switch each time I want to print or use the internet. Thank you

  The problem I have so far with the bypass tray is that if it is a windowed envelope, the window crunches up and makes the envelope distorted.
