  Remember there used to a garden right behind the runway where we could see planes fly right about us. Was one of my favourite places to visit before they demolished it to expand the runway. My grandpa used to work for BOAC, which the. Became Gulf Air later on. Good times

  797 isn't same fuselage as 777 and 787 I don't believe. It's the replacement for the much smaller 757 and 767...weird numbering imo but whatever...

  I'm guessing full fuel and passenger/cargo load as most of the runway was used for takeoff. Heat of the day probably didn't help as well.
