I remember being a part of saving this park in the late 90s. I played in this forest as a kid in the 60s. I'm glad it was saved.
Good work. Intelligent, informed and selfless.

wana restore the streams REMOVE THE DAM thats stops the natural flow
So, the private landowners ruined the stream and the rest of the public pays to remediate the disaster they created.
Wow.....this is sio stupid it makes me laugh ! 10 Beaver families would have done that FOR FREE and much quicker ! Mankind is doomed if we dont use your knowledge. Perfect examples here how 🤮
Not enough beaver vegetation there.
Why doesn't stream restoration start at the source of the rainwater runoff by building small dams where the rainwater comes off the farmer's fields? The rainwater runoff held back by the dams then would soak back into the groundwater. Contour farming will also hold back the rainwater runoff from the farmer's fields. The female bumblebee hibernates over winter in the dirt streambanks. The endangered Eastern Massasauga Rattlesnake, Blanchard's Cricket Frog, Hines Emerald Dragonfly all hibernate in the native crayfish's burrow along the streambank. The bank swallow and kingfisher make their nest in a hole dug into the dirt streambank.
God bless these wonderful people

Thank you! Have a beautiful day! 🌎🌈
All that work, and then herbicide is sprayed along the fence and poisoned.rockafellar oil says its good for you. Like the covid 19 bioweopen jab patented in 1990. HYPOCRITS.

What will happen to wetlands and their habitats, now that the supreme court has withdrawn protected status? Yet again, out of ignorance and greed, birds, aquatic life, plant life, and yes, your life is in jeporady...
New houses should be built with rain water storage.even if wasted for toilet flushing
Nice trash trap, but not so easy to clean. Great work
Thx for your hard work
Great
Are the land owners better stewards?
🦫!
great work!
You should higher a family of beavers 🦫 to help you.❤.
hire?
Amazing. The mini flood-planes really blew my mind. I am in the research and analysis phase of a dryland restoration design and this really makes sense. I will seriously consider using this.
Great host, guests, history, and stories. Thank you for sharing.
What exactly is "excellent land owner participation"? Seems like one of those subjective criteria that ultimately punishes those who are not of a type? Rich, white, and uncomplicated, agreeable, what?
We need more of those!
The Chattahoochee River Keepers told me that they do not endorse any private made equipment... but then again, Sally Bethea is a racist
Keep going guys
Trashnets assembled at the drainage area from storm drains to creeks could be trap and capture garbage before it enters the tributary.
More care needs to be taken in placement of these traps. In Brookhaven Georgia at Murphey Candler Park they filed in a wet lands and slashed a gravel road through a nice forest so that a large truck can drive to the stream to empty the trash.
Great needs all over the World 🌍😘👍🌈🐝🌈
Great work.
Cool
Does this trap also blocks fish from migrating?
I think we need to work towards using more paper products instead of plastic.
Should have got couple of beavers they could have done it cheaper
Add several dozen BDA’s to get things started.
Quality work nice job!
Awesome restoration. 💕💕
Re-graded the stream bed " to a few tenths of a foot"......lol. Is that a Southern method of measure?
Looks like they did some good work. I've watched a few of these videos and I had no idea how much engineering goes into the various stream controls such as cross vanes.
amazing work guys 👌
Why is this man not wearing wellies , my guy walking through the stream with his trousers in the water
great job guys!
Weird , why do the storm drain go directly to the river, you don t have treatment plants there ?
Husbandry vs service. Wow!
Thank you
Cows appear to be doing some meandering of there own
what made them so expensive.
Good
This is what environmentalism is all about. While some are busy arguing about what's wrong and right, others are out there just doing what's best for everyone.
