Delusion and karma are impermanence the suffering , can be overcome by delusion and karma, being unsuspecting of there own problems with the generational inherent disease of alcoholism and destruction of the world. The joy, of life. Anger, stems from the root cause. Of delusion and karma. The, four knowable truths of practice will help overcome, delusion and karma, by merit.

  Nice opening, thanks.l've looked, and seen someone l never thought l would be after all these years, having changed so much over time, There is no cure for chronic mindfulness, since you probably know habitual practice is self centeredness. When , impermanence and reality are delusion. Like, 6 million years of the life of a beach tree, on the continent 's . Yet, truthfully a grain of rice in Asia is only about 3 thousand years old. If you were a horse, and were kicked in the ribs ,you might run faster too. You, should try and remember when you were born Bobby. You know fear, is psychosis and you really should follow your bliss. What about the eightfold path, Bobby? Get some sleep exercise, and eat right, go walk you dog, or do some gardening be at Peace with your soul. Your so right, blow a conch shell or bang a drum. Love you Bobby take care
