Australia accepts only one year gap after intermediate for undergraduate program and 2 years gap for Masters programs.

You must have 16 years of education to apply for postgraduate program. Credit Transfer is available for the students enrolled in their bachelor degree having completed 6 to 7 semester.

Usually Keele University don't take interview. If they didn't take interview yet, hopefully they will provide you CAS soon enough without the interview.
