I feel like you put words to my experience mentioning some decisions come from the Higher Self. When I became a foster parent unexpectedly, me as ego,had no clue what I was doing but it ended up in me (as ego) becoming the most healed version of myself. My higher self has been with me and my little one all along. I think I’m getting better at maintaining the connection. I can’t wait to develop the steady direct contact to my Higher Self everyday like you said in the conclusion. Everyday. Everyday. Everyday. No excuses 🤍

Dear Berdhanya, I want to understand. My spontaneous intelligence and curiosity wants me to see & create a value unlike what I see as a "bird", a "book", but how do I practice and see 👀 those objects in a different way? How do I change the narrative? How do I see those objects as " innocent " ? How do I see another perspective? If you ask me not to see an elephant...I will see an elephant. How then do I soften my perspective? Namaste ❤🙏
by raising our frequency we see ourselves and the world differently. You raise your frequency by relaxing all aspects of yourself, following your passion and keeping positive.

If every man has both a man and a child, which I feel is true, because I feel every human has both their adult and their childhood self in their body, why is it that when I try to talk to the man I could never get to him where is the man? Because I feel I’m being very direct when I say I want the bathroom clean you said you would do it 1,000,001 times and you didn’t please clean the bathroom and pleases me trying to be nice for some reason he doesn’t respond until I start screaming down the place and I tell him to go clean my damn bathroom because it’s been two damn months And it’s gross and I don’t want to use it anymore He thinks that two days of loading the dishwasher which is a total of loading the dishwasher probably six times is good enough to be able to say well I work yeah and I had a car available to me before he screwed that up and I was working to, but he was bitching and complaining about how I had to work, but not fixing any of the circumstances that caused me to have to work at the hour that I had to work The child is ruling the man until he decides to flip that switch. There is nothing that I can do so why is that not mentioned in this video why is it not mentioned that sometimes it isn’t the woman’s fault she tries and tries and tries and tries and tries and no matter what happened. There’s a huge fucking tantrum in the form of a fully grown man Anytime, I try to have an adult conversation about the emotional burden that I feel I’m bearing somehow it’s my fault. I started it somehow it’s he’s going through the same thing he’s depressed. I just lost two father figures. He is not going through the same thing. OK his mom is it great yeah but mine is too… but we live in my mom’s house when we fight is my mom that hears it it’s her blood pressure that goes up. Meanwhile, his mom is going to Metallica concert. But sure we feel the same right? Why is that not mentioned because I clicked on this video thinking I was the problem. But maybe the problem is I’ve been listening to a child that looks like a 30 year old man he’s older than me. Can you believe that she’s older than me why is it always mentor older than me to treat people like this I don’t get it.
Yes, I see you are very aware of the situation; that is the first stage to position yourself in front of the relationship in a very different way, where you do not agree to relate to that male tantrum. I see you also know what to suggest to yourself. Bravo.- Implement consistently what you know.

Is this class for females? I am a mother of 4 children and am struggling with my relationship to build the confidence in myself and my partner. We lost our home and are trying to keep our relationship afloat. I have been looking for something or someone to help us get past this difficult time. Is the masculine in me to change our situation? I get down on myself because I feel that I’m trying so hard and I’m just not seeing the results in my external reality. Maybe I am trying too much and too hard. Maybe I need to let go. But I feel I’m not sure what to let go of without losing myself. Asking for your help. 🙏🏼
Namaste dear: Thank you for sharing. Yes, this class is for both males and females since we both have these internal energies. Notice you do have the answers to your situation: to do to much is an extension of the male energy and a distrust in the feminine ( let go). Review that in periods of transitions is when we have more opportunities to reframe our existance. Please adopt a daily practice that keeps you centered.
