  Not a sketchbook. This would be more accurately classified as “book art” or “publication design.” A sketchbook is a place where you jot down ideas, make notes, test theories &c… This is a pre-meditated, calculated, deliberately designed art object.

  Clearly a sketchbook and a beautiful one at that. That may be your definition of a sketchbook but she clearly uses her sketchbook differently. A sketchbook is a blank book that can be filled with whatever the individual chooses… to each their own.

  The problem with these large sets of watercolors is you are getting 6 or 7 of basically the same color. Less colors is much easier esp for beginners. You are wasting your money buying so many colors. Also you are talking way too fast..

  A very beautiful and large collection of pencils! Just a dream!😍 But judging by the appearance, they are not used as they say. The pencils are not drawn, all are new, the same size. They are simply not used. Maybe just a few times to try the color. Because pencils will shrink when you sharpen them, and here we see all equally new🤷🏼‍♀️ I don't understand why you say that you use them a lot

  Just to clarify, I create art with many different art mediums, including coloured pencils. I've done many videos using all my different art supplies on KZread and Patreon, so I have been using all my art supplies. Also, I do use odorless mineral spirits to blend my coloured pencils, so that makes them last longer.

  @@Gzoim You're welcome. Mediums can really help because you're not using the coloured pencils to blend. Also, when sharpening your pencils, try sharpening the leads mostly and as little wood of the pencil as possible, that also helps to save your pencils.

  I know my art supplies look clean and neat but I've been using some of these for years and I have used all of them. I just like to keep all my art supplies in good condition and I pack everything away in their original packaging, once I've completed an artwork.

  Oh, what a lot of wonderful supplies! 😍 I have the tinted charcoal pencils and I like them very much, but I find quite difficult to sharpen them because the leads break very easily . Could you give me some advice about sharpening?

  Hi there, thank you, I've built up my collection over the years. With regards to sharpening your Tinted charcoal pencils, which tend to be very delicate, you can use a larger holed pencil sharpener, preferably the metal sharpeners you get with two different size holes, and when you sharpen them, try to only sharpen the tip with very little wood shavings, or you could use a craft knife to sharpen them but you'll need to use as little pressure as possible and slowly sharpen the tip of the pencil. Sharpening as little wood of the pencil as possible, reduces breakage of the charcoal pencil leads. Hope this helps.

  Thank you. No, this sketchbook is actually meant for ink and pencil, however, I've used it with watercolors and even gouache and it's able to withstand these paints but you need to work with fewer layers. This sketchbook is the Hahnemuhle Nostalgie Sketchbook, the paper is very smooth.

  Unfortunately not, there are no refills available for these particular fineliners but they do last a long time, I'm still using my first set and none have run out of ink yet.

  DALER rowney has a terrible reputation in the UK, I've tried them and they were shocking!!! They are mostly bought for kids but after using them I wouldn't even give them to kids

  Yes, if you are storing artwork that you intend on selling, you would need to use acid free display files. Drawings that are for prints or for videos, I store them in regular display files, I scan artworks for prints when they are completed and then store them. However, I do have artworks from around 1999 when I was in high school, that were stored in regular display files and the artworks are still in perfect condition, no dullness, fading or bloom.   Lovely painting as usual really enjoy learning from you paints are really expensive im very surprised but also not so surprised as im in the colouring community but in general art supplies are really expensive .but one supply I would like to recommend to you to try if you can is the lyra poly colours at first I had a love hate relationship with them but now that I'm using them more I love them they really good I have the 36 set for a year now .also I am hoping to get the 72 set soon they are more affordable open stock R18 a pencil

  Thank you so much. I've actually used the Lyra Polycolors before I started using the Faber-Castell Polychromos and Derwent Lightfast, they are really good pencils, I've enjoyed working with them, in fact, I still have them and I have been thinking of using them again.

  I use the canson imagine paper and I just stocked up with 2 more pads for the future. It even goes through my printer. The blue canson XL paper is great for multimedia. Much love & *Virtual hugs* xxx

  Thanks for doing the review I don't think I'll buy this is too expensive for this paint that you can see is not really working well it was on my wish list but I think I'll remove it .I prefer dala water colour paints they are very opaque and there for I highly recommend it im not sure if they come in a 24 set I've only found a 12 set so far I have had it for 2 years years now only starting to run out of colours now that I'm doing galaxy paintings
