There are quite a few of both throughout the year, but this was by far, the biggest and nicest carnival we have been to here! There were even a couple of roller coasters (although they weren't in the video)! And this carnival is actually touring from Argentina.
Right! Not to mention that depression is on an all-time high in a lot of developed countries, especially the US!!
