Outstanding documentary!!💫 This documentary is a powerful testament to the human spirit! Transforming Berkane into a Blue Zone is not just a daring statement about the kind of life we envision for ourselves and future generations, but also a crucial step towards prioritizing the well-being of our community. As the quote goes, "It is not the years in your life that count, but the life in your years." and this initiative is a shining example of how to make every moment count. By fostering a culture of health and happiness, Berkane is investing in the vitality and resilience of its people. This is more than just a project; it's a blueprint for a thriving community where individuals can flourish and reach their full potential. As Mahatma Gandhi said, {Your beliefs become your thoughts, your thoughts become your words, your words become your actions, your actions become your habits, your habits become your values, your values become your destiny}.

No one deny the importance of these typic meeting, that combines between two purposes, the first is developping the social intelligence and interaction with elites, and the second is the active listning, and interpretation and analytical reasonning, the topic was very interesting, and the way adopted by Mme.Racheal helped students involving adn delving deeper through the subject, the first part was a very simple idea about the variety of sources of money including gift, job..., secondly, we moved to the major part of the session which was about the valaible methodologies to spend money, the most efficient ones are tracking and categorizing the spending, and find what works for you ! Personnaly, what i got from this enriching conference, was absolutely the 50/30/20 trick, in addition to the probing questions raised by the audience !

Her presentation focused on budgeting where she spoke about income determination, recording expenses, identifying fixed and variable expenses, money allocation, and establishing a saving goal. Throughout this session, we delved deeper into finance, which will empower the teens to use their savings wisely to maximize their profit and reduce their expenses, especially since most of the attendants are gonna set their sails to college soon. Dr Rachael s presentation was outstanding, and I think we're really thankful for the effort she put in to ask for the difference between money between the USA and Morocco. Dr Rachael divided her presentation on 3 parts 1.income: In Morocco , high schoolers rely on gifts , earnings , or even Housework. On the other hand, students can get a part-time job to get money at the same time They gain experience . 2.expenses : She insisted on keeping an accurate record of expenses using an app or paper. 3.budget The 50/30/20 rule which is a rule that suggests allocating 50% of income to needs, 30% to wants, and 20% to savings or debt repayment. Finally, this e-meeting was extraordinary and full of information and interactions.

We learned a lot about important components of budgeting for American students during our insightful conversation with Dr. Rachael. The conversation focused on how social media has a huge impact on people's financial behaviors and how important it is for students to know the difference between perceived and actual financial necessities. Dr. Rachael highlighted that the error that putting in a lot of effort in college inevitably results in financial success and advised against having high expectations. Unexpected costs became a recurrent problem, which made us think about how important it is to prepare ahead of time for unforeseen financial obligations. The idea that money can be a lie was discussed, and it was acknowledged that sound financial management is necessary even in situations where one appears to have plenty of resources. The need to make sacrifices in order to pursue financial security.
