    Cheesy Garlic Bread Ingredients: 1 - 1lb French bread loaf 1.5 stick of butter, salted, room temperature 2 bulbs of garlic 1 Tbsp fresh minced parsley + more for garnish 1 tsp red pepper flakes 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese 8oz Mozzarella, freshly shredded Olive oil - as needed Salt and pepper TT Directions: Cut the tops off two bulbs of garlic. Drizzle on olive oil making sure to fully coat the tops then sprinkle on some salt. Wrap tightly with foil and bake in 350° F oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Allow to cool. To a bowl add the room temperature butter, squeeze in roasted garlic, add fresh minced parsley, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper to taste. Mash the garlic and mix everything well. Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise then spread on your roasted garlic butter mixture. Place about 6 inches under the broiler for five minutes until golden and crispy. Remove from oven (at this time set you oven to 350°F) Sprinkle on the Parmesan and cover with all the mozzarella. Bake in a 350° oven on the upper/middle rack for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is just starting to golden. Slice and serve with your favorite dipping sauce (I love marinara).     If you place your fruit leather on a piece of parchment paper and roll it, you can cut it into portions. You won't have the hassle of wrapping each individual one.

    Pro tip: if you plan on reducing the liquid to a pan sauce use white wine, stock, or water. Red wine thats uber reduced is pretty bitter and kinda ruins whatever you put it on. Cheers.

    Just got done making my first batch, and I wanted to address some stuff in case anyone else had the same questions: -1st of all, came out AMAZING. This recipe is outstanding, better than many ranches I’ve had, you won’t feel like you’re making a “sacrifice” for the diet -I subbed Oikos Pro Plain for the yogurt (higher protein, only 4g sugar. Has added whey protein though just a heads up) -I used Truvia as a sweetener (erythritol & stevie blend) -I used dry parsley and dill instead of fresh, still tastes amazing I followed all directions other than the above to a T, mine came out a little more running than I would have hoped, so maybe 1 less Tbs of water next time for me? Anyways, good luck!
