    That noise would be driving me bonkers but I guess it's a trade off knowing they aren't getting into anything else as long as you can hear it.

    If those are blueberries, be careful. I gave my dog a whole bowl one time because she liked it and it gave her horrible stomach problems and we had to rush to the vet! I was so shocked as they are so healthy but the vet said they should only have small portions every now and them.

  • @jtidema

    Yeah, might be better to do a mix of treats.

    Once, I ate so many pistachios that it made me nauseous and I never touched them again. Just because something is healthy doesn't mean eating a ton of them out of nowhere is good for you! Some people incorporate fresh fruits and other foods into their dogs' daily diets, which makes them better adjusted to them over time. However, they should have time to adjust to any new foods regardless, because stomach upset is so common with eating a lot of a brand new food no matter your species. If this dog regularly gets the portion of blueberries shown in this video, they're much less likely to have issues than getting a whole bowl when they rarely/never have them to begin with.

    @@emmaw2972 Yes my vet said something about the fiber and the blue pigment was hard for dogs to digest.

    Awwwww chocolate labs really are the best. My chocolate lab Lacy is 2 years old now. Chocolate labs are more quirky than yellow and black labs in my opinion. What a precious boy!

    Do you take water for Woody on your outings and a collapsible bowl? I used to do that for my dog Charlie, he'd get pretty thirsty on warmer days.

    I used to let my Griffon lick the last of my ice cream out of the bowl. He'd carry the bowl back to the kitchen to receive another treat. He'd carry empty desert plates, soda bottles and anything else to wherever you would want them. Always working for a treat. He had a very, "Soft Mouth", and never damaged a single game bird when hunting. RIP Magoo.

    I just hope it's not one of those collars that give a dog a shock

  • @madison_kr
    @madison_kr10 сағат бұрын

    An e-collar is muscle stem not shock. It is a way to teach a dog to listen which mimics the way a dog mother teaches. We trained our chocolate lab with one and it created a deeper bond, trust, and understanding and now he gets to go with us so many places and do so many things that he wouldn’t have been able to otherwise. 😊
