What helps me survive downswings is to look at poker as serious bingo and to be overrolled for the stake im playing. I take it seriously, but when the shenanigans happen, oh well its bingo, because there are so many shenanigans that can happen. And being overrolled allows me to keep truckin without a worry as well.

Watching the horrible play on these is my new favorite thing. Starts right off opening Q2s UTG. Then betting 3/4 when he flops TP + FD. Then 3bets J9o with a short stack in the blinds. Oh and then talks about how AKs is so live against AA. It’s still 12%. If these are trolls, well done. If not, I am truly impressed with how bad this is. Well done either way.

Ignition poker is garbage rigged! They scam you by using "turn on" and "turn off" players! Don't waste your money. Even if you are winning at first, you will lose it all back! Recycle abuse by Ignition to make you come back for more. Don't be a fish or a victim!

I appreciate that at 16:37 you praised the guy for the good call, most amateur poker players would be like swearing at the guy for the "bad call". What I think is in the beginning you started too looser making some bad calls but mostly it was a good session most of the time! About the 88 against 77 it was what I expected after u said you are not gonna believe it! First I thought Aces and maybe the guy was so frustrated to call but so I thought it is a 77 for sure...
