    Good afternoon, thank you for posting your video. I enjoyed tremendously taking mental notes. These are beautiful flowers with no scent. If it was not for your video I would not have discovered there is a water soluble potassium and phosphate fertilizer. Not to worry, a tiny bit to start. This was one of those spontaneous moments for me. I was at Lowe's and there was a sign on a cart for all Asiatic lilies. $40.00. I asked. I bought the cart. When I got home I counted them, 74 adult plants in all. I like the black grow bags from China. I have some of those orange resin containers too. I bought scented perennials, deer came and ate them down. Glad to see my backyard will be a sight to wake up too. Good day.

    It looks like you may have had some Lilly leaf beetles. They LOVE Asiatic and ornamental lillies. They will do some leaf damage, but more often than not They seem to go straight for the blooms. They burrow in and eat them causing them to rot and fall off

    I know this is an old thread, but I grew these this year and I wanted to ask about how long do they last after blooming? For about how long is there a plant afterwards, so I know if I only have these and they die off how long the bed will be bare before they grow again next year?

    What climate zone are you in? We are in what was 4a and is now 4b due to climate changes. We do get quite cold here, and seeing you plant lilies in above ground vessels, do you have any concerns about cold temps over the winter? Normally, we keep our over-the winter perennials in the ground for protection because those in above ground pots tend to freeze-out. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

    Very nice explanation. Your accent is comprehensible. Please share as to in what time the bulblets bloom - do they take the same time as the normal size bulbs? In north India these are still blooming (January) and will dry up by February middle. Thank you.

  • @SanaAsGARDEN
    @SanaAsGARDEN7 ай бұрын

    Thank you for your kind comment. These bulbs start to bloom sometime in early to mid-summer ( June, here in the UK). The Bublets which are the little ones, if they have a flowering capacity will bloom earlier than the fully mature large-sized bulbs. My small bulblets start blooming in May.
