    I would never kill any animals for no reason especially reptiles, been obsessed with snakes & turtles since I was a kid and used to look for them 5-6 days a week. The Black Rat snake is my favorite non venomous species in my state and one of my favorites to catch/observe. It’s been a couple years since I’ve seen a black snake but my son and I catch a lot of the common ones all the time around my house and I have several captive bred snakes as pets at home to handle. This black rat seemed pretty chill but it was HOT and he was stretched out soaking up the evening sun so it was active and ready to explode to life at any second being heated up so I didn’t try to handle it. Looked to me like it was either digesting a meal as well as absorbing the sun, possibly preparing to hunt as well so I felt bad messing things up for him but glad that I realized it was a snake and not a branch and maneuvered around it. I love seeing animals when I go out for a ride and wanted to make sure that snake lived another day and moved because a lot of people just mow them over and it took a few years for it to reach that size and be able to breed so I did the right thing for sure. I’ve caught enough snakes in my life to not feel the need to have to put my hands on every single one I see so I decided to let him be and watched to make sure it moved off the trail out of sight before I moved on. Thanks for the comment! ❤Get that three wheeler running!

    @@FishingandAtvs I used movie maker at first to add all the clips from one ride together but it can only export in 1080HD and I record 4K videos so my longer ones had to be lower quality until I started using clipchamp which is easy to use and you just add the clips and it exports in whatever resolution/definition your camera records so you can have a 30 minute long 4k video. Mhhmm, also from complete lack of respect for the machine and no training, been riding 3 wheelers for 30 years and a bike or quad is just as dangerous, you have to take it slow or there’s a chance of getting hurt but again it’s the same risk you take mastering 2 or 4 wheels.. This is the 3rd three wheeler I got for my son, had his first one at 4 and now we are at the 200x with NO CLUTCH hence auto x. My son has been riding 2, 3, and 4 wheelers for 5 years and the only thing that happened so far was he laid the dirt bike down once and if anything that’s the sketchiest “thing” knock on wood. The boy uses his head and listens to me. I’m a veteran rider, raced 450cc MX and am passing my knowledge/experience onto him. He will be racing quads this year but we still ride a little of everything because it helps not just being good at one particular machine. Took years to get to this point and I am proud of my son for embracing three wheelers.

    I wonder if it was a newer horse or still being trained to pull the buggy? I really don’t think a horse would purposely whip the buggy around as extreme as it did without being startled or inexperienced with pulling a buggy. I live in Amish country and see them often and the horses usually trot along at their own pace slow and steady especially when stopping and cornering so this is mind blowing and was hard on the horse without a doubt so thank goodness the buggy didn’t tip/crash and make it harder for the horse then it already was!

    It means this 200x doesn’t have the original engine and has a ATC200S engine swap/transplant so there’s no manual clutch and you just shift with 5 gears hence the name auto x. It’s a common term for a 200x with a 200cc semi automatic 5 speed engine swap.

    I had a 79’ ATC110 at 4 years old and learned to ride on that, was using a clutch by 5-6 years old riding my dads real 200x, and then before I turned 7 I was on a brand new 1996 300ex and had the clutch MASTERED by then. I rode a brand new 99 400ex when they came out when I was 9 years old and handled it perfectly and got to experience that at a very young age borrowing it from my dads friend. People said I was too young to ride the 110 with no suspension, balloon tires, and no power and I proved everyone wrong. My kid has 3 of his own three wheelers, quads, and a KTM 50 SX and grew up watching and riding with me so he has been a natural at everything we’ve worked on learning just as I was growing up. I could literally ride anything by the time I was 8-9 years old and it’s all because my dad could see that I was a natural right off the bat and put me on machines that most people wouldn’t do and it helped me grow/learn the ins and outs extremely quick and learned a ton when I was still young that helps me be the rider I am today. I’m giving my kid the same opportunities I had only better/safer equipment, when I was this age I was ripping donuts, riding wheelies, jumping EVERYTHING I could find to get air off of and pushed it to the ragged edge every time I rode striving to get better and better. If you can use your brain at this age and realize your in complete control of everything that trike does and know how to control the throttle it’s really nothing and you learn fast. The boy and I have put in the work for him to be able to ride this but if it was different I would not have him on three wheels, but he listens to me and doesn’t push it beyond his abilities and understands you need to learn to walk before you can run so he rides safe and smart while still trying to learn and improve. Plus this is in a controlled environment in my back yard with me right there ready to jump in and help which I have never had to do BTW and he handles it perfectly so he is able to get away with riding a trike like this. This has a 200s motor swap so no clutch and three wheelers aren’t death traps like some people make them out to be and yes I’m aware of all the history and the ban of trikes for this reason having young kids ride bigger machines and getting hurt. That’s because nobody put the proper time in to learn how to ride these things properly and pushed it way too far for their skill level.. my kid has been riding three wheelers since he was 4-5 years old and like I said this is number 3 for him, he has a 185S and an 86 Yamaha 225DR as well but the auto x is what he likes the best and is the safest.

    That’s awesome!!! They are an absolute blast to rip! My dad bought me a 1979 ATC110 when I was 4 years old with no suspension and told me if I could ride that I can ride anything lol. I cut my teeth learning to ride on an ATC with no suspension and absolutely loved it and I wouldn’t have it any other way. For the several years I had that 110 around I rode the wheels off that thing every chance I could and it was all I wanted to do lol. My dad joked with me later in life and said it felt like he was going to have to just knock me out cold to get me to stop riding it 🤣 every night… once I could start it myself and there was fuel around that’s all I did with my free time was ride that thing. I’ve been hooked on three wheels for a little over 30 years now, it started when my dad used to put me on the tank of his 200x when I was a baby and would ride wheelies with me in front and then took me out on the trails up and down switch backs/mountains almost every day before I could ride anything myself after work. The neighbors used to get mad about the wheelies a little bit because they would say “OMG your going to break that kids neck”… but my dad knew what he was doing and never let that stuff interfere with our life and it all made for an awesome childhood! My 185 is a 1982 so it is solid front and rear, 83 they started putting the different front forks on them with a little bit of suspension travel but either way the 185’s are even more fun then a 110 yet you still get that old school hard tail at least or straight up no suspension feel. The 185’s are fast actually for what they are lol.

My old man had the same model 200x that I built for Liam to ride you see in this video since before I was born so grew up riding on the gas tank of a first gen 200x with my dad all the time. The only real big difference is my sons 200x three wheeler has a 200S engine in it so there is no clutch to worry about. Just shift it and go, plus I have it lowered and widened so it handles as good as possible and also made a set of quad nerf bars fit/work on my boys trike so there’s no way he can put his foot down and run his leg over, etc now. Can’t wait to get it back out this year for Liam to ride and make some more videos together. • @ATCREVOLUTION
    @ATCREVOLUTION Жыл бұрын

    Absolutely!! My dad bought me a 1979 Honda ATC 110 when I was 4 years old for my first machine and that’s what I learned to ride on and got me hooked on three wheelers! I have actually bought three 3-wheelers for my son so far, he got a 1982 Honda ATC 185S shortly after he turned 5, then I bought him a low hour all original 1986 Yamaha 225 DR w/ shaft drive semi auto 5 speed, e-start, and reverse when he was 6, then I decided to surprise him with a real 3-wheeler and built him this auto X with the 200S motor. The trike already had the 200S swap done when I got it but needed work so I went through the whole thing and used a lot of my good spare first gen 200x parts to make the Auto X as nice as I could for him. I’ve done even more work to this one for him to make it better, I fitted nerf bars to it and widened the rear end 6”, then dropped it down as low as I could with smaller tires, etc. If you watch one of my more recent uploads a little while after this one of me riding my Custom 350x with him on the Auto x you’ll see the nerf bars and everything else I did to it for him to finish it up. He absolutely loves this and handles it perfect, I only let him go up to 3rd gear with it though and usually just 2nd because that’s plenty fast enough. The kid also has a 22 KFX90 he rides and he just got a KTM 50 SX for his 8th birthday because he wants to race and our local tracks only allow dirt bikes now… they banned quads last year unexpectedly so the KFX90 has kind of become useless now other then having some fun in the snow.. poor kid only got to ride the 90 on the track once before they decided to ban them out of nowhere.. it sucked and broke my kids heart because we came back to the track with quads to the next practice and was immediately told not to bother unloading right after I parked the vehicle & trailer… then we were basically told not to come back unless we bring bikes so my kid looked at me after that BS and said that he wanted to start riding dirtbikes so here we are…. I already have multiple dirt bikes for myself to ride so I would of ended up getting him a bike someday anyways. The only reason I didn’t before is because I used to race 450cc ATV Motocross and my son wanted to do the same and never showed any interest in dirt bikes until that day we were told that we weren’t aloud to ride on the track and had to just go home… I was furious but didn’t let it show because I paid for a full years membership for my kid and I both on the first practice and was basically told that’s too bad and wasn’t even offered a refund when I told them we wouldn’t be back at all last year at least… I was mad about that and also the fact that my kid was really excited to practice and that got shot down real quick.. he has a go kart as well which was the first thing he got to play with when he was 4 so the kid has more crap then some adults…. If I could do it over he would of got the auto X when he was 4 and then KTM 50 SX a few years later because the kid has been a natural so far and picks up on things super fast.. He basically already knew how to ride that 185S I got him before he even rode it just from all the time he watched me do crazy stuff on my 3 wheelers and riding with me on the gas tank since he was young. He’s a very fast learner and has a good head on his shoulders because he’s smart enough to not push his limits. I couldn’t be more proud, the kid hasn’t crashed once yet and is already jumping and tearing around our little track on our property like it’s nothing on 3 or 4 wheels and it’s all because of how hard him and I worked together to teach him everything in the safest way possible and he actually listens to me! I built him a small tabletop in the back yard to teach him how to jump and he nailed it on the first go. I have videos of all that on my second channel, OFFROAD REVOLUTION if you want to check that out and my other content that’s not just three wheelers. I can see were the brake pedal can be an issue by the way it was handled on this one, looks like it’s a combination of 200S & 200x brake parts with a bit of fab work and bending the brake pedal out so it’s in the right position for your foot. Definitely could of been done in a better way but it was that way when I got it and the brakes work perfect so I didn’t mess with it. It’s done well enough that I don’t have to worry about anything failing, just could of been cosmetically done better is all.
