    Upper Attack, as a name, seems silly until you consider it an *uppercut*

    I'm 41 years old and still playing with toys! Honestly, I'm a bit embarrassed though. It's not something I tell everyone. I'd feel absolutely silly if some of the people I work with know I have a tamagotchi on pre-order on amazon for instance haha.

    Great informative video thank you. 9-60 and 6-80 are currently the highest burst resistance. 3 rachets are more balanced and light weight. 80 height rachets are good for taller bey combos that can destabilize ie. Hells Hammer 9-80HN

    Hey! Been watching some of your vids lately, and couldn't help but notice the beautiful case (3:00) you keep your beys in. Is that DYI or did you buy the case and modify it?

    Hey beyblade journey. So I’m a beyblade fan and I was into metal fight as a child. It made such a big impact on my childhood. Since then I started getting back into it this year. I also just got into burst like this month after years of being stubborn and rejecting burst and always sticking to metal fight since it was the only thing I knew. This beyblade X stuff looks cool. Idk why but I’m getting the FOMO. I don’t want to finally get into this years from now when nobody is really competing with it anymore. I don’t wanna make that mistake again. I wanna join in right now that it’s the new kid on the block. I’m intrigued in this new generation of beyblade but if I’m gonna buy one, which one should I get? What stock bey would be great for raw attack power and what would be great for burst/attack resistance?

    My brother and i got into beyblades during the first generation. I developed as the pokemon community refers to as a "genwunner" mindset. I absolutely disregarded anything beyblade after the original series ended. Now with the release of Beyblade X, i have never been more excited to jump back into the beyblade scene. Never thought i would be here in my 30s, beyblading with my daughter and it has been so much fun.

    My question is, does the number of the blade in the rachet affect the bey to burst in a battle? Because we all know that the rachet is the weak spot of an X bey. If it got hit by a bey, does the blades in the rachet helps the bey not to burst? Or does it make the bey burst? I mean like is it supposed to be a defense mechanism To not burst? My theory is that if takara tomy release a rachet without any blades wouldn't it be harder to burst? What do you think?

    Taller ratchet also adds extra height which adds an extra gram. In a game of defense, every gram counts. Every protrusion also adds extra weight.

    I'm 31 and I have a lot of Beyblade tops from Burst and a few from the new generation (X). I was a fan when I was a kid, but I donated a lot of my collection when I had to move from California to Washington state. I'm hoping that with this new generation, I can compete with others and maybe host some events when the time comes.

    I have experimented on this countless of times. I agree with your findings here. In addition, I learned that you can deliver more power with a rip cord compared to a string since you can pull it with more torque, without the fear of breaking it or reaching its length's end. This power does not translate to stamina right away, though. It just spins faster, but just a little longer. However, this faster spin creates more recoil and explosiveness. It is really a matter of preference and Bey set up.

  • @seanperson2032
    @seanperson20323 ай бұрын

    A taller beyblade will have more stamina and stability, that's the advantage of a taller ratchet. You were on the right track with the video clip of the bey going from wobbly back to upright. A taller ratchet will allow a stamina type bey to re-balancd itself if it gets knocked off balance by an attack, or it would allow it to spin longer than the same bey with a shorter ratchet. I.E. if you had 2 wizard arrows, both with ball bits, but the first had 3-80 and the 2nd had 3-60, the first would out spin the 2nd.

    One last one I haven't seen any comments on this one yet. Stationary Attackers this one probably the most uncommon. It usually takes the center and must have high recoil for it to work. It usually works as a distabilizer.

    I'm in my early 40's and have never been into Beyblades. The Reddit community was suggested to me via Reddit home page and I decided to check it out. I agree that X being new sounds like a perfect entry point to get into collecting. I'm not sure if there are events in my area, but I don't know if I'll ever get into the hobby to that extent. One thing that was putting me off from starting the hobby is my age. I didn't want anyone to think of me as a creep for having a hobby that's more aimed at kids. But seeing this video and reading the comments makes me realize that Beyblades is for everyone. I'm ready to drop into the Beyblade hobby head first!
