Sorry to say it, but this has been a cycle within the black community for a long time where the kids just get raised by the grandma who usually has her own issues and went through the same cycle. It's a cultural issue, and I'm not saying that from some ignorant POV where I live in some bubble. I've seen it my entire life growing up in NY.

Like you said, take them in get guardianship. Claim financial payments from father (s), same as the daughter. Go to court and ask for additional $$$ as to be able to a nanny. Surprisingly court's (judges) are very sympathetic to keeping kids in the custody of direct family members. Since she's an elderly (grandma), she will require help (nanny) to take care of these kids without causing more strain on their own life. Forget charging the daughter (jail) as this would simply eradicate any type of financial easement for the grandparents. What most people don't realize is (depending on jurisdiction) a gov't can withhold up to 70% (also depending on salary) of wages for children costs. So the fact that the daughter assumes that by "dropping" the kids in her mother's lap will alleviate her situation, is not the factual truth. While it may reduce stress and strain, it opens up much more other problems. This why the USA (I am not a statesian), have the highest amount of kids (per capita) in the G20 in foster care and adoption care system. It seems that many (there) have realized that by abandoning your kids, it becomes a financially sound solution. I'm just surprised that, knowing how prideful the USA is towards capitalism. That the gov't haven't enacted a law in this regard that keeps the biological parents financially responsible for any kids that weren't given away at birth (hospital) until these kids are adopted. The fact of child rearing ($$$) a child is the responsibility of all parents. There isn't any other union that is more important than this, not even marriage. But yet the dissolution of a marriage is met (most) generally with financial repercussions. Why aren't parents obligated to be upheld to the same standards?🤯 Jail time is detrimental, as it completely stops any potential opportunity to claim some money for these kids. For all the human rights that we've enacted around the world, children rights or better yet parents obligations have never been regarded with the same importance, as necessary.😢

You guys are right, these rides are designed with ultimate safety in mind. I went to a local theme park recently and the rides I wanted to try I couldn’t fit, and then the wake up call was an oldie from my childhood with no test seat and I had to take the walk of shame. Now I’m looking at what weight loss method will fit in with my crazy work schedule. 50 pounds and i should be able to fit in these rides after that. But I can still have fun at the theme park because there’s other rides I can go on. One that I was salty about…Goliath wooden coaster….the damn belt got me lol
