    FYI. 1. There are at least two submodels of this Model 1814E-B dual action orbital washer. They are not the same. Do a KZread search for "Teardown: which Bauer DA polisher from Harbor Freight is better?" to see the difference. 2. Many owners note that the bearing grease used to assemble this model is of poor quality. It is suggested that the first thing new owners do with their new Harbor Freight polisher is to change out the grease. Do a KZread search for "Harbor Freight polisher upgrade" for how-to instructions. 3. Many owners choose to replace the 6" backing plate with a 5" backing plate in order to reduce vibration, improve torque, cooler operation, and for better handling in small or curved surface areas. When purchasing a new backing plate, make sure that you order one with the correct thread size (5/16 in- 24 UNF).

    Hello my friend There is a car in Nc Concord that I want to bid on, but I am afraid of the rust on the chassis. I want someone to photograph the car from below. Thank you very much.

    Great video. Where did you get the leads from? Do you have a link?

  • @MarkCoreyCopartAdventures
    @MarkCoreyCopartAdventures4 ай бұрын

    Easy to find the leads on eBay. Just search for make, model and year. Make sure you compare yours with the pictures from the eBay site.

    This worked! Really appreciate it! Do you by chance know where the airbag/SRS module is on these?

  • @MarkCoreyCopartAdventures
    @MarkCoreyCopartAdventures4 ай бұрын

    Yes! It is located under the center console. It is bolted to the floor panel but easily accessible from the driver’s side through the lower console side cover.

    Yes. Like most floor jacks, it has a retainer bolt that, once loosened, the handle can be removed.

    It works fine. The battery was dead and it needs power to extend and retract. No damage on this Caddy other than small dents on passenger front fender. I'm driving it now!

    Do you know what the screw on the handle does and where should it be set?

  • @MarkCoreyCopartAdventures
    @MarkCoreyCopartAdventures9 ай бұрын

    The screw is for volume and flow. Personally, I use it with the screw tightened for more water flow. Thanks for watching!

    Do you leave the engine running while to do this, and, are there any steps that would be different on a diesel motor? Looking to do this on my 2013 F350. Thanks!

  • @MarkCoreyCopartAdventures
    @MarkCoreyCopartAdventures10 ай бұрын

    No. I start the engine after I finish the rinse. Gas or diesel just be careful around the alternator.
