thank you all and congratulations !!at sweet pea !!! I was unable to watch this event on the day because of storms and no internet, I relocated to Perth in February. I also got to meet you Alison and your niece at the Beenleigh? craft show..I also had the gratification of winning one on the designs competions way back in 2019 with my stained glass window fan covers. I have had the privelege of visiting your shop 2 years ago while I was housesitting in QLD, ,met the girls in the sewing room, saw all the beautiful products and although been absent for a year I am back into it again. Ladies this site is the best ever to be part of and I am one of those excited to be part of and see whatever comes out next,, at 71 years old you are never too old to learn more, Hope you come to Perth WA...Rachelle Kilgour

I have a Husqvarna Viking Epic 3 these directions have a lot to be desired...does not stitch in order of what you have on this tutorial or even the directions it came with..
This is soooo bohemian…is that the word I am looking for ? I like this very much ! For a beginner, I think one needs to show how to measure your bottle and know how much fabric and measurements one needs to create our own pattern. Maybe you could consider helping us beginners how to get to creating our pattern . Thanks 🙏🏻

Congratulations on 10 years...how wonderful...what a testament for not only you but your family as well! I'm so thankful that you were one of the first companies I found when I bought my first embroidery/sewing machine combo in 2020...right before COVID shut everything down! You and your company have been a blessing...I have been so thankful for the many videos that you do and also the wonderful instructions that come with each pattern that we purchase. I have appreciated the patience that you gave me, with I'm sure, seemed like silly questions (but as a newbie, I had no one else to turn to). Even my short time using your company I can see how much you have growed and shared with us your passion. Again thank you for the many things that you do...as well as all the designers and people that work for you and your company. Again I want to stress how important not only your product, but the time you put into writing out the instructions and step by step videos are to many of us! I live in rural area...the closest sewing/embroidery machine place I can go to is 2-2 1/2 hours away (and they are NOT as patient!). I hope to one day have made all the patterns I've bought, but as usual you make too many great patterns...I have trouble keeping up! LOL Wishing you and yours all the best! I’m stuck. On the back and base panel do you trim the bag stiffener back to the sitching line or keep the bulk of it in there when pressing the seam open?
The bag stiffener got trimmed when the batting was trimmed. There should only be the hoop stabiliser and the front fabric remaining in the seams.
Why don’t you just sew the front and back joining strip at the same time.
You can, but we like to use the stitching line from the block as a guide for the first sashing stitching to ensure it doesn't show on the right side of the work. Everyone does things differently, for different reasons. There is no right or wrong way. Thank you for your message. :)

Ive watched so many QAYG videos and this one is the one i would recommend to anyone. So many great things about it. It has a wonderful camera angle, gets straight to the point, and covers a lot of information in under 10 minutes.

I am trying my first twist and lock and I hope it will work. I am trying the fray check and hoping I do not ruin the bag.
I think these "twist locks" get better the more you use them. We don't use them often but they do "finish" a bag project.
