My record collection from the 70's, 80's and beyond, mostly recorded from the original vinyl if I still had a copy. Each album is available as a playlist and you can search them on my channel. I think you need to hear the entire album in sequence, as intended, to get the full experience. Good-quality headphones are strongly recommended. Enjoy!

Lead guitar, I believe his name was Winston and the road manager came to my house to showcase and look for flaws in a couple of new songs they were planning to record. Back then I had a kickass sound system and I had the place built for stereo in every room. I believe Brent Anderson, the road manager passed away several years ago. Great band.
A great song

Best to say nothing.
I grew up listening to ma and dads al Stewart record albums.
It gets none better.
This was the very song I ever heard at a Rock concert. They opened for Johnny Winter that January night in 1974.
Band made a very good album in 1979 but nobody was listening, got discouraged, broke up. Underrated amongst underrated.
So true, they had so much potential...
Hey Ginner! They wrote a song just for YOU!!! PRETTY SPECIAL IF YOU ASK ME !!! Always Loved You!!! Who Couldn't ???

Still cuts like a razorblade after all these years.

THIS SONG HAS REALLY GROWN ON ME RECENTLY, THAN MYLES GOODWYN DIED, I FELT LIKE I HAD LOST MY BEST FRIEND. APRIL WINE LIVES FOREVER !!
🎶 "..oh, I must be in the middle of some kind of *conspiracy* " . 🎵 3:16 🙃
seen them 4 times after this album came out!!!!! i have never been the same. ROCK ON !!!!
"Disco music's just a social disease." I heard this the week this album came out. It spoke truth to my soul. My brother was a roller rink DJ playing all the latest disco. I had long hair. Canadian rock is the best, and we tried to warn you, but no. Within 3 years Blondie, beloved Blondie issued an album with reggae and then, horrors, rap... and we knew that music was dead.
One of his BEST songs!!
Very underrated Tom Petty!!!
😮 wow!
70 years young, "now I am a tired man"! Thanks Jim, took me some time to catch on.
Nice

Big guy with a little 🎸!
Uriah heep my 1st time 1978 just amazing rockers
I got the chance to spend a couple hours with Burton in a "Green Room" before one of the Guess Who's performances and found him to be a very friendly and down to earth person. I took the opportunity to ask him "who exactly was Albert Flasher"? He explained that while in the studio someone in the band misread the label on the button which controlled the red light which was used to indicate when a recording was in progress, asking the question: "Who's Albert Flasher"? The label actually read "ALERT-FLASHER" and everyone thought it so hilarious he wrote it into the lyrics!
Who could have known? I always assumed it was inspired by the Beatles. Great story, thanks for sharing!
@@SouthernRocker My pleasure.

1:02 It's 50 years in January that I heard the LP Late For the Sky. Fifty years of growing into a Life that Jackson Browne sang about before, then while, I lived it.
