Welcome to my youtube channel dedicated to the great Mick Taylor. Mick Taylor is probably most known for being the lead guitarist for the Rolling Stones from 1969 to 1974. However most people don't know what Taylor did after his time with the Stones. On this channel you will find videos that show Taylor's greatest guitar work. With The Rolling Stones, John Mayall's Bluesbreakers, Bob Dylan, Jack Bruce, Alvin Lee and his solo work. A lot of this stuff was never even released on album or DVD. Most video's were recorded with amature camera's a long time ago and are not always in good quality. But I'm sure you'll find that Mick Taylor's great guitar work will make up for that!
I will upload video's from time to time. Subscribe to this channel to receive a message when a new video is posted.
Enjoy!

I’m 58 years old and a huge mick Taylor fan as well as Jack who is definitely one of the best rock musicians of all time. How have I not heard this. It’s incredible. Did they put an album out? I have to get it if so..????
Mick taylor will best more if she stil playing in the rolling stone,
I saw the Stones at Wembley Stadium years ago Urban Jungle Tour ? They were rubbish Mick Taylor had long gone A great great Blues guitarist
Ron Wood cannot play Blues like this not even in 100 years
He looks very rested here.....in some of the photos while with the Stones he looks strung out with eyes like hadn't had a good nights sleep in weeks. Maybe it's the hair in the face and contrast of shadows in old photos.
So smooth, so melodic, so Mick Taylor 🎸🎸
Just imagine opting out of the Rolling Stones when they had just made three of the most iconic albums in rock-music history.
it's funny that The Stones will have Eric Clapton or Buddy Guy guest on one or two songs now and again... but that Mick Taylor, as good as both of them technically, and even better live, was IN THE BAND during their most important period... THIS GUITAR PLAYING you see right here was part of The Stones...
Very odd move
Taylor was great for the stones. Best years
Superb!
Sitting in a hotel room in Thailand 28/03/2024. I have a hangover and it is my birthday. I just took a few moments to truly listen to that. Utter class. Even the singing works but, Jesus, can that man play.
Happy belated birthday and I hope you enjoyed your time in Thailand around the end of March 20245
Golden age music - loved these guys
So, Mick Taylor wanted to get away from the drugs surrounding the Stones. By going off to work with Jack Bruce?…
He didn't stay long with Mr. Bruce... he briefly considered rejoining The Rolling Stones before the band finally confirmed ex-Faces guitarist Ronnie Wood as his replacement in early 1976.
MT is the best blues man we will ever see
This blues guitar slide will go down history of blues music for sure
He’s incredible. Made the Stones ten times better.
MT's playing is awesome as usual, but the song sucks
Imagine this world without addiction. So many great people have fallen aside. Sobriety is where it’s at.
Mick's former wife Eva is a good friend of mine, and she still has high regards for Mick still. Cheers
MICK ALWAYS KILLING
Огромная благодарность автору этой записи. Мик, безусловно, музыкант огромного таланта. Мне посчастливилось увидеть его 01.7.2014 в Стокгольме в составе Стоунз
Brilliant nick taylor shane you and brian never got chance...really is
Mick taylor and brian in a band with steve marriot..animals drummer..bill wyman would be fantastic Hendrix.lennon..pink floyd members..imagine that clapton
Beatles never asked keith to play on there songs yeah chorus..john Lennon was disgusted how he was treated...keith idolised brian at beginning..much of his image is taken from him the originator..look at how much brian stood out on photos his instruments it pisses me off..most so called stones fans aint got a clue..jojouka 1968..21yrs later keith mick get onto it..he was miles ahead he was mates with dylan hendrix..monterey ..all the musicians from ginger baker to wyman to tom petty know whats what
Fantástic This is Music 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I love mick Taylor what a soulfoul chap
No they havent
Jack Bruce war ein genialer Sänger
So after Mick Taylor left the Stones …… what did he accomplish ?
For all the haters, Jagger and Richards ended up being the song-writers. Sure Jones founded the band and did phenomenal work but he drifted into his own mind/demise (bless his soul). Yeahhhh Keith got with his girl but she wasn’t happy with Brian and well it’s a fucking rock band for god sakes. They didn’t call it the swinging London scene for nothin, Jagger and Pallenberg hooked up , Keith and Faithful hooked up. Read the damn book.
I saw him play in 1969 and 1972 with a backup band called the Rolling somethings... Hew took them to a true greatness.
That he did!
MickTaylor,❤❤❤❤❤❤!
How beautiful was that !!
Wonderful track, as in the album. I do not know where Mick Taylor is these days, but I know he is not where he should be: on Hackney Diamonds, sharing the guitar work with Keith and Ronnie.
Mick ❤️ 🎸 Taylor 🎸 ❤️ Genius 🎸❤️ Humble 🎸 ❤️ Genius
Brilliant!! ❤️😉😎
SPEAK UP, lads !!
I wonder if Taylor thought he was joining Cream Mk2. Thinking Jack will have to ring Ginger, despite the fact they don't get on and then I can be Eric and solo away for 8-9 minutes. Plus on the Goodbye album there was a touch of keyboard so I'll be good for that as well.
Mick couldn't party and keep up with the Stones, so they had to let him go,nothing to do with his playing.
Mick Taylor, along with Mick Ronson, easily my favourite guitarists. Both had absolute mastery of their instrument,in both feel, sound and technique
Naïvely, I was hoping for Mick Taylor to be invited to team up with Keith and Ronnie on guitar for the HACKNEY DIAMONDS album...
If Clapton was characterized as god in the late 20th century, then there is more than one god.
My god what a quiet interview.
Everyone whispered like this in 1975...😅
3:45 does sound eerily like Nigel Tufnel here.. lol
Love him.
You cant go wrong with mick taylor awesome player.
Tak skal du have 💕 ✨️
