  my first shiny was a shiny hoppip that i found on the first route within minutes of playing, surely there was a shiny you saw but you may have missed it cause no over world sound?

  @@Blockybodyguard nope, I was on high alert for shinies since I've lost them before in older games because I wasn't paying attention. Nothing. I find them all over now, I've caught 7 shiny scream tails without hunting.

  Your description is incorrect, even if jabs were "uncapped" (they aren't) you would only be able to jab once every other frame, because you would need 1 frame to release A before your next A press, furthermore you can only start another jab as early as frame 5, so this works out to be 12 jabs per second at best.
