I have a rule that in the first brainstorming session, no problems are allowed to be talked about. You know there will be problems, but you need to cultivate the energy to get the business from idea off the ground. Later (another day) you can look at the problems. I started a chain of English schools in Japan, just from an idea, while sitting in an apartment in the Japanese countryside, that you would have thought, would have no chance of being a successful English school. Within 10 months we had 125 student, and 200,000 dollars in the bank. I was making more money than all of my friends. Everyone thought I was crazy when I talked of my idea, except for my future wife. After that, many wanted to go into business with me. I enjoy all of your videos Dekker! I have learned a lot!
