  amazing , on this same topic I watch kubesimplyfied video also,....and one more think is that I had watched your's cka video playlist also, but i failed that exam ,because I was not able to take backup and restore etcd , version update v1.30.00 and jsonpath , I only got 33% marks.but again I am preparing for cka and no only cka I will master kubernetes , after that I will buy exam by my self earn money.

  Thank you Ajeet(@iajeetkhan) for your videos. I have recently attempted an exam and unfortunately unable to clear the exam.( got 65%). I have doubt regarding etcd backup question. It would be great if you can help to resolve this question. Create a snapshot of the existing etcd instance running at 127.0.0.1:2379, saving the snapshot to /var/lib/etcd-snapshot.db. Next, restore an existing, previous snapshot located at /var/lib/etcd-snapshot-previous.db. In the exam they were given peer keys and certification so which one should we use while taking backup and restore?? Should we use server key and certification or peer keys/certs? Not sure if they have mentioned peer keys for confusion? In your video and kubernetes documentation, we should use server keys/certs. Keys given in question. /etc/kubernetes/pki/etcd/peer.crt /etc/kubernetes/pki/etcd/peer.key /etc/kubernetes/pki/etcd/ca.crt

  Today I gave CKA. The etcd pod was in pending state after restore. But I did all the steps correctly. Did not gte enough time to re verify again

  man, the video is well done, i am following each video of the domand and resolutions, only constructive criticism: you have to show where you get the commands from and how you build them! show especially in this video the nslookup command already built, i in exam would like to have the ability to search in kubernetes documentation and create the command myself, if you give me the command already composed it has no validity in exam because i would not know how to create it. show what page you take the command from and how you get to build it! thanks

  Hi, These questions are very much similar to what you will face in the exam. All you need to do is at least practice all the questions twice and you should be able to solve all these questions on your own. For verification - many people have reported in comments that they have cleared the exams by watching my videos. You can also search for "Ajeet Khan CKA" on LinkedIn and you will find many people posting their successful attempt and tagging me to thank me for these videos. Rest all depends on your practice. I wish you all the best for the exam. Do share your experience.

  The context you are looking for is not available by default in the killercoda playground. I created it for the demo purpose to demonstrate actual exam like environment/questions. You can either create the context and then try it for the practice.
