I love to share my micro adventure with my son and likeminded people. With the world been such a hectic place the outdoors is my medicine for mins body and sole.

Nice demo.👍
Glad you enjoyed it
Awesome video. You've got a new sub from me. I go to Harwood quite a lot and have built a camp there. Again, it's an absolutely excellent video.
Cheers for the sub and for watching. Harwood is a great place but unfortunatly ther forestry is clamping down on wild camers there due to the people that cant be bothered to take there rubish home.
@ashwoodoutdoors its such a shame that we get the ignorant minority ruining it for the majority. Me and my mate have cleared other people's rubbish up there on more than one occasion.
Great video. Thanks for sharing! 👍
Thanks for watching!
new sub here. new to hammock camping myself so im scoping out the internet for other peoples methods. I dont seem to be doing tooo bad for a newbie haha.great video mate, looks a great place to fish that
Welcome aboard. Hope you like the channel. Hopefully they are some useful bits for you
Hi and a great camp with your son for the memories Wish I could get mine out more !!! Such a handy spot for a easy camp with young ones Cheers
Cheers Adrian. It's certainly good to get them out. He used to be out all the time before COVID. But I think he has separation anxiety from being away from his mam. Little steps and I think he will keep coming out more. Thanks for watching ATB Nick.
Hi great spot great time Take care
It certainly is. Thanks for watching. ATB Nick.
That's the easiest ridge line I've seen, no fancy knots simple and quick. Definitely modifying mine just like this, thank you for sharing.
It certainly speeds up your tarp deployment
Did my first wild camp here so good great videi
It's a great place. Tha thanks for watching.
2k likes but no comments is abit strange 🤔nice shelter 👍🏻

@@ashwoodoutdoors what do you mean like paying for views and subscribers?👍🏻
Another good video. An ideal campsite drone footage first class, even if the weather turned wet later on. Good to see the younger generation out with dad, they need to be out and about rather than indoors teching.
Thank you for the nice comments. It certainly is good for the younger generation to get into the outdoors. Modern life gets in the way to much. I'm a believer that the love of the outdoors should be tought in schools from an early age.
Great getting the kids involved, good video👍
Thank you for watching.
Good vid nice to see people camp with there kids to much technology these days. We were just up there couple of months back it’s a great little camp.
It's just great to be out with my son. He really enjoys it when he actually gets out.
brilliant mate out making memories with ya son 👍pity about the weather but you got a canny sunset ☀️
Yeah it's great that he wants to start coming back out. Hopefully he keeps it up. Thanks for watching. ATB Nick.
Enjoyable woodland thrutch, can't beat it.
Thanks for watching
Mine is very similar to your setup as well! I fancied up my toggles burnt and linseed oiled 😂
Nice effect.
Using the last prussic instead of making a truckers hitch loop is great!!!
It certainly makes it quicker. Also better with cold hands.
What a great place 🏕️🏕️
It is so peaceful there
@@ashwoodoutdoors just what I need after this week
the old stream train nice one 👍
It certainly is great to hear my friend.
Hi 👋 looks like a good night set Great video Take care 🏕️🧉🏕️
Thanks 👍
Great easy to follow video providing a superb solution to something that many on here have made so complicated. . Top Job
Glad you liked it. I took it from many videos to make it my own. First thing out my bag when setting up. Thanks for watching ATB Nick
nice experience there 🙂 in touch with nature
Thanks for visiting.
Not convinced, will await your evaluation.
I feel the same. But it is only a budget mat.
I think it would possibly suit say a family camping in a large tent.
New viewer Really enjoyed the video mate
Hi welcome to the channel and thanks for watching. Check the back catalogue a mixed bag over videos. ATB Nick
New viewer here. For what it's worth, I prefer unpolished videography. Feels more realistic to what most of us will experience in the woods. Like an old axe, don't let a little rust lead you to believe that the tool isn't as useful as it always was.
Hello friends. 👍🏕️
Hello 👋 Thanks for popping by.
Just found your channel. Great videos. New subscriber here!
Welcome to the channel. Glad you like the videos and thanks for watching and subscribing. ATB Nick
Awesome stuff Nick good to see getting out with your son. Precious moments buddy. The food looked well tasty too mate great stuff 👍👍👍
Cheers garry. Just need to get him out more often. Kids these days love the computer's. Just good to be out with him.
A great movie Travelers and a tasty meal at the end of the day in such an atmosphere is better than a meal in a restaurant Take care 🏕️🧉
Most Definitely id cook in the woods every day. Thanks for watching.
A good few hours in the outdoors enjoying bushcraft and cooking.
It was good to be out with Harvey. He loved his dinner.
Another good bushcraft video. Good to see a possible next generation bushcrafter.
He had a great day and he was great company. Just good spending time together.
Love the setup. I find a hammock much more comfortable than a tent these days (is it my age?) but I never seem to camp amongst enough trees, Cheers for the video, atb, Graham 👍👍
Hi Graham it certainly is more comforatble. I tend to hammock camp in the warmer monts as i keeps the bugs away and ground dwell in the winter. Appart from the none forested areas where you have no choice lol. Thanks for watching ATB Nick.
Good to see you out Nick, that looks a cracking spot buddy that view. Looked a nice chilled outing buddy 👍👍👍
hi Garry its such a great location vert isolated in nature. Thats where its at. Thanks for watching Garry. ATB Nick 👍
👍🎣
Thanks for watching
Hello my friend 🙋♂️. Good video 👍
Thanks for visiting
Thanks for the mention Nick appreciate it mate that was a good live stream cracking location you have the Nick try not to show too much on your walk in are tell people the area because some people will try and find it to camp there atvb Jimmy 😎😎👍👍
Cheers for watching and the advise Jimmy. ATB
Good to see you back out in the great outdoors again 👍
Trust me it's great to be back out. Thanks for watching ATB Nick.
Good to see you back out.
Thanks for watching. Your support is appreciated.🙏
You certainly did.
👍
Hi Travelers It's beautiful, I love fishing and spending time camping, several great passions combined into one Take care 🏕️🏕️🏕️🧉
Hi Thanks for watching. I love the great outdoors full stop, dont always get the time to throw the fishing in on my videos. So I thought id givit ago. ATB Nick
@@ashwoodoutdoors I understand fishing well from time to time, I have recently started my adventure with wildcamp and I haven't had the opportunity to fish yet. Although I have been fishing since I was a small child. What river is this and do you need a special license or is it enough to buy fishing rods from the post office? Take care
Good to see you back doing what you enjoy most. Great footage especially the fishing and at least you did catch something. Keep the videos coming.
Thanks again for watching. The filming of the fishing was tricky but I think i nailed it.
What river is it South Tyne
No. It's the tees
Been visiting this bothy for years for overnight stays. Last week was my last visit due to morons not burying their body waste and leaving toilet paper strewn all over. Cracking little bothy though
Thanks for watching. I'm finding the same more and more. The morons just abusing these magnificent buildings. They just want somewhere to get pissed and not think of the reason bothies are there. ATB Nick
Splendid skills and transmission Nick Old Chap! Sticky wicket for Jerry I Say! ♨️TSD
I say TSD jolly pleased you liked my transmission this ridgeline certainly speeds up setting up behind enemy lines. ATB Nick
thank you , great video , just changed my set up to this thanks to you as i had the tarp set with prussits on the square and if i wanted to change to the diamond it ment undoing knots and messing about , so now going from ground to hammock will be a lot less hastle . cheers pal.
Glad it helps. Certainly helps speed up my setup time.thanks for watching.
Nice set up mate new subscriber from camping with the Gregory’s 🇦🇺
Thanks so much. Thanks for the sub. ATB Nick
